選(xuan)擇多大電機混(hun)(hun)凝土泵,首先要考慮變(bian)壓器容量,其(qi)次考慮距離混(hun)(hun)凝土泵的遠(yuan)近(jin)和線徑大小,以免壓降過(guo)大造(zao)成(cheng)電流(liu)增(zeng)(zeng)高或跳閘停(ting)機,過(guo)大功率造(zao)成(cheng)成(cheng)本(ben)增(zeng)(zeng)加和使用不便。電機過(guo)小,同時(shi)也滿足不了工程(cheng)需要。

一臺混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的電機(ji)功(gong)率是決定(ding)出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)和輸(shu)送(song)方量(liang)(liang)(liang)的前提條(tiao)件,在電機(ji)功(gong)率一定(ding)的情況(kuang)下,壓(ya)力(li)的升(sheng)高必將(jiang)使輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang)(liang)降低(di)(di);相反,降低(di)(di)出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li),將(jiang)會(hui)使輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang)(liang)增加(jia)。
為了保證混凝(ning)土(tu)輸送(song)泵既要(yao)有(you)較大(da)輸送(song)量,又能有(you)一(yi)定(ding)(ding)的出(chu)口壓力和與之相匹配的經濟功(gong)率,在混凝(ning)土(tu)輸送(song)泵的設(she)計中(zhong),大(da)都采(cai)用了恒(heng)功(gong)率柱塞泵;即恒(heng)功(gong)率值(zhi)選定(ding)(ding)后,當出(chu)口壓力升高時(shi),油泵輸出(chu)排量會自動降低,達(da)到(dao)與功(gong)率設(she)計相對應(ying)的值(zhi);如(ru)果既要(yao)達(da)到(dao)出(chu)口壓力高,又想得到(dao)輸送(song)量大(da)的目的。惟(wei)一(yi)的途徑(jing)就(jiu)是增加(jia)電機功(gong)率。
因(yin)此,在(zai)國(guo)家新標準中,引用了混凝土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)能(neng)力(li)指數(shu)概(gai)念(以MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位);即混凝土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)實(shi)際出口(kou)(kou)壓力(li)與每(mei)小時實(shi)際輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)之乘積(ji),該(gai)值越(yue)(yue)大,其能(neng)力(li)指數(shu)也越(yue)(yue)大,電(dian)(dian)機的(de)功率也將越(yue)(yue)大,由(you)此實(shi)現大排量(liang)、高揚(yang)程的(de)目的(de)。科尼(ni)樂公(gong)司在(zai)設(she)(she)計時,還(huan)采(cai)用了高低壓切換的(de)功能(neng)設(she)(she)計,以滿足不同的(de)施工要(yao)求,在(zai)經(jing)濟狀態(tai)下,又能(neng)產生較大的(de)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang),或者以相同的(de)電(dian)(dian)機功率,產生較高的(de)出口(kou)(kou)壓力(li)。
