隨著現代工(gong)業的興起(qi),以(yi)混(hun)凝土為(wei)主材(cai)料的建(jian)設(she)方(fang)式已經成(cheng)為(wei)了建(jian)筑業施(shi)工(gong)的主要構造之一,在各(ge)種(zhong)工(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)建(jian)設(she)中占據(ju)了很大(da)的比例,使得(de)混(hun)凝土機(ji)械的發展經久不衰,且(qie)有越(yue)演越(yue)烈(lie)的形勢。拖(tuo)式混(hun)凝土泵,簡稱拖(tuo)泵,是(shi)各(ge)種(zhong)混(hun)凝土機(ji)械中的一種(zhong),用于混(hun)凝土施(shi)工(gong)中的輸送和澆注工(gong)作。

選(xuan)擇多大(da)(da)電機混(hun)凝土泵,首先要(yao)考(kao)(kao)慮變壓器容(rong)量,其次考(kao)(kao)慮距離混(hun)凝土泵的遠(yuan)近和線徑大(da)(da)小,以(yi)免(mian)壓降過大(da)(da)造成電流(liu)增高或跳閘停機,過大(da)(da)功率造成成本增加和使用(yong)不便。電機過小,同時也滿足不了工程需要(yao)。

一(yi)臺混凝土輸送泵(beng)的(de)電機功(gong)率是決定出口壓力和(he)輸送方量(liang)的(de)前提(ti)條件,在(zai)電機功(gong)率一(yi)定的(de)情況下,壓力的(de)升高(gao)必將使輸送量(liang)降低(di);相(xiang)反,降低(di)出口壓力,將會使輸送量(liang)增加(jia)。
為了保證混凝土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵既要有(you)較大輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang),又能(neng)有(you)一定的(de)出(chu)(chu)口壓力和(he)與(yu)之相匹配(pei)的(de)經濟(ji)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率,在混凝土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)設(she)計中,大都采用(yong)了恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率柱塞泵;即恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率值(zhi)選定后,當出(chu)(chu)口壓力升高時,油泵輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)排(pai)量(liang)會自動降低(di),達(da)到(dao)(dao)與(yu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率設(she)計相對應的(de)值(zhi);如(ru)果既要達(da)到(dao)(dao)出(chu)(chu)口壓力高,又想得到(dao)(dao)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)大的(de)目的(de)。惟(wei)一的(de)途(tu)徑(jing)就是增加(jia)電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率。
因此,在國家新標準中,引(yin)用了混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)能(neng)力指數概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量單位(wei));即混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)實(shi)際(ji)出口壓力與每(mei)小時(shi)實(shi)際(ji)輸(shu)送(song)量之乘(cheng)積(ji),該(gai)值越(yue)(yue)大,其能(neng)力指數也越(yue)(yue)大,電(dian)機的(de)(de)功(gong)率也將越(yue)(yue)大,由此實(shi)現(xian)大排量、高(gao)揚程的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科(ke)尼樂公司在設(she)(she)計時(shi),還采用了高(gao)低(di)壓切換的(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng)設(she)(she)計,以(yi)滿足(zu)不(bu)同的(de)(de)施工(gong)要(yao)求(qiu),在經濟狀態下,又能(neng)產生較(jiao)(jiao)大的(de)(de)輸(shu)送(song)量,或者(zhe)以(yi)相(xiang)同的(de)(de)電(dian)機功(gong)率,產生較(jiao)(jiao)高(gao)的(de)(de)出口壓力。
