選擇(ze)多(duo)大電機混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)泵(beng)(beng),首先要考慮變壓(ya)器容(rong)量(liang),其次考慮距離(li)混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)泵(beng)(beng)的遠近和線徑大小(xiao),以免壓(ya)降過(guo)(guo)大造成電流增高或跳閘停(ting)機,過(guo)(guo)大功(gong)率造成成本增加和使用(yong)不便。電機過(guo)(guo)小(xiao),同時也滿足不了工程需要。

一臺混凝(ning)土輸送(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)電機功(gong)率是(shi)決定(ding)(ding)出口壓(ya)力和輸送(song)(song)方量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)前提(ti)條件(jian),在(zai)電機功(gong)率一定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)情(qing)況(kuang)下,壓(ya)力的(de)(de)升高(gao)必(bi)將使(shi)輸送(song)(song)量(liang)(liang)降低(di);相反(fan),降低(di)出口壓(ya)力,將會使(shi)輸送(song)(song)量(liang)(liang)增加(jia)。
為了(le)保證(zheng)混(hun)凝土輸送(song)(song)(song)泵既要(yao)有較大輸送(song)(song)(song)量,又能有一定的出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)和與之(zhi)相匹(pi)配的經濟功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv),在混(hun)凝土輸送(song)(song)(song)泵的設計(ji)中,大都(dou)采用了(le)恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)柱塞泵;即(ji)恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)值選定后(hou),當出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)升(sheng)高時,油泵輸出(chu)排量會自動降(jiang)低,達到(dao)(dao)與功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)設計(ji)相對(dui)應的值;如果既要(yao)達到(dao)(dao)出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)高,又想得(de)到(dao)(dao)輸送(song)(song)(song)量大的目的。惟一的途(tu)徑就(jiu)是增加(jia)電(dian)機功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)。
因(yin)此(ci),在國家新標準中,引用(yong)了(le)混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)輸(shu)送泵的能力(li)指數(shu)概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量單位);即混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)輸(shu)送泵的實(shi)際出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)與(yu)每小時(shi)實(shi)際輸(shu)送量之乘(cheng)積,該值越(yue)大(da),其(qi)能力(li)指數(shu)也(ye)越(yue)大(da),電(dian)機的功(gong)率(lv)也(ye)將(jiang)越(yue)大(da),由(you)此(ci)實(shi)現大(da)排量、高揚(yang)程的目的。科尼樂公(gong)司在設計(ji)時(shi),還采(cai)用(yong)了(le)高低壓(ya)切換的功(gong)能設計(ji),以(yi)滿足不同的施工要求,在經濟狀(zhuang)態下(xia),又(you)能產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)較大(da)的輸(shu)送量,或者以(yi)相同的電(dian)機功(gong)率(lv),產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)較高的出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)。
