一臺混(hun)凝土輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)率是(shi)決定出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力和輸送(song)方量的(de)(de)前提條件,在電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)率一定的(de)(de)情況下,壓(ya)力的(de)(de)升高(gao)必將(jiang)使(shi)輸送(song)量降(jiang)低;相反,降(jiang)低出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力,將(jiang)會使(shi)輸送(song)量增加。
為了保證混凝(ning)土輸送(song)泵(beng)(beng)既要有(you)較大(da)輸送(song)量(liang),又能有(you)一定(ding)的(de)(de)出口壓力和與之相匹配的(de)(de)經濟功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv),在混凝(ning)土輸送(song)泵(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)設計(ji)中,大(da)都采用了恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)柱塞泵(beng)(beng);即恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)值(zhi)選定(ding)后,當出口壓力升高(gao)時(shi),油泵(beng)(beng)輸出排量(liang)會自動(dong)降低,達到(dao)與功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)設計(ji)相對(dui)應的(de)(de)值(zhi);如(ru)果(guo)既要達到(dao)出口壓力高(gao),又想得到(dao)輸送(song)量(liang)大(da)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。惟一的(de)(de)途(tu)徑(jing)就是增加電機功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)。
因此(ci),在國家新標準(zhun)中,引用(yong)了(le)混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)(de)能力指數(shu)概念(以MPa·m3/h為度量單位);即(ji)混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)際出口壓(ya)力與(yu)每(mei)小(xiao)時實(shi)際輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)量之(zhi)乘(cheng)積,該值越大(da)(da),其能力指數(shu)也越大(da)(da),電機的(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)率也將越大(da)(da),由此(ci)實(shi)現大(da)(da)排(pai)量、高(gao)揚程的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)。科尼(ni)樂公(gong)司在設計(ji)(ji)時,還采用(yong)了(le)高(gao)低壓(ya)切換的(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能設計(ji)(ji),以滿足不同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)施工(gong)要求,在經濟狀態下,又(you)能產生(sheng)較大(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)量,或者以相同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電機功(gong)率,產生(sheng)較高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)出口壓(ya)力。
