混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送泵功率、混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送泵出口壓力、混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送泵輸(shu)送量之(zhi)間的關系。
一臺混(hun)凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的電機功率是決定出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力和輸(shu)(shu)送(song)方(fang)量的前提條件(jian),在電機功率一定的情況下,壓(ya)力的升高必將使輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量降(jiang)低;相反,降(jiang)低出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力,將會(hui)使輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量增(zeng)加(jia)。

因此(ci),在國家新(xin)標準(zhun)中,引(yin)用了(le)混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)能(neng)力指(zhi)數概念(以MPa·m3/h為度量單位);即(ji)混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)際出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力與(yu)每小時(shi)(shi)實(shi)際輸(shu)送(song)量之乘積,該值越(yue)大,其能(neng)力指(zhi)數也越(yue)大,電(dian)機的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)率也將越(yue)大,由此(ci)實(shi)現大排量、高揚程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。科(ke)尼(ni)樂公司在設計(ji)時(shi)(shi),還(huan)采用了(le)高低壓(ya)切換(huan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng)設計(ji),以滿足不同的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)施工要求,在經濟(ji)狀態下,又能(neng)產生(sheng)較大的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)送(song)量,或者以相同的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)機功(gong)率,產生(sheng)較高的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力。
