隨著現代工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業的興(xing)起,以(yi)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)為主材料的建(jian)設(she)方式已經成為了建(jian)筑業施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的主要構造之一,在各種工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)設(she)中(zhong)占據(ju)了很大的比例,使得(de)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)機械的發(fa)展經久不衰,且有越演越烈的形(xing)勢。拖式混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)泵(beng)(beng),簡稱拖泵(beng)(beng),是各種混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)機械中(zhong)的一種,用于(yu)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)的輸送和澆(jiao)注工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。

選擇(ze)多大(da)電機(ji)混凝(ning)土泵(beng),首先要考慮(lv)變壓(ya)器(qi)容量,其次(ci)考慮(lv)距離混凝(ning)土泵(beng)的遠近和線徑大(da)小(xiao),以免壓(ya)降過大(da)造成(cheng)電流(liu)增高或跳閘停機(ji),過大(da)功(gong)率造成(cheng)成(cheng)本增加和使用(yong)不便。電機(ji)過小(xiao),同時也滿足不了工程需(xu)要。

一(yi)(yi)臺混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送泵的電機功(gong)率(lv)是決(jue)定出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力和(he)輸(shu)送方量的前提條件(jian),在電機功(gong)率(lv)一(yi)(yi)定的情況(kuang)下,壓(ya)力的升高(gao)必將使(shi)輸(shu)送量降低;相反(fan),降低出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力,將會使(shi)輸(shu)送量增加。
為了保證混凝土(tu)(tu)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)泵既要有較(jiao)大輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)量,又(you)能(neng)有一定的出口(kou)壓力(li)和(he)與之相匹(pi)配(pei)的經濟功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv),在混凝土(tu)(tu)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的設(she)計中,大都(dou)采用(yong)了恒功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)柱(zhu)塞泵;即恒功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)值選定后,當出口(kou)壓力(li)升高時,油泵輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出排量會自動降低(di),達(da)到(dao)與功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)設(she)計相對應的值;如(ru)果既要達(da)到(dao)出口(kou)壓力(li)高,又(you)想得到(dao)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)量大的目(mu)的。惟一的途(tu)徑就是增加電機(ji)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)。
因此,在國家新(xin)標(biao)準中,引(yin)用了混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)能力(li)(li)指數概念(nian)(以MPa·m3/h為度量單(dan)位(wei));即(ji)混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)實際出口(kou)壓力(li)(li)與每(mei)小時實際輸(shu)送(song)量之乘(cheng)積,該值越(yue)大,其能力(li)(li)指數也(ye)(ye)越(yue)大,電機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)功率也(ye)(ye)將越(yue)大,由此實現(xian)大排量、高揚程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。科(ke)尼樂公司在設計時,還采(cai)用了高低壓切換的(de)(de)(de)功能設計,以滿足不同的(de)(de)(de)施工要求,在經濟狀態下,又能產生較(jiao)(jiao)大的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)送(song)量,或者以相同的(de)(de)(de)電機(ji)功率,產生較(jiao)(jiao)高的(de)(de)(de)出口(kou)壓力(li)(li)。
