隨著(zhu)現代(dai)工業的(de)興起,以混(hun)(hun)凝土為主(zhu)材料的(de)建設方式已經成(cheng)為了建筑業施(shi)(shi)工的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)構(gou)造之(zhi)一,在(zai)各種(zhong)(zhong)工程(cheng)施(shi)(shi)工建設中占(zhan)據了很大的(de)比例(li),使得(de)混(hun)(hun)凝土機(ji)械的(de)發展(zhan)經久不衰,且有(you)越演越烈的(de)形(xing)勢。拖式混(hun)(hun)凝土泵,簡稱拖泵,是各種(zhong)(zhong)混(hun)(hun)凝土機(ji)械中的(de)一種(zhong)(zhong),用(yong)于(yu)混(hun)(hun)凝土施(shi)(shi)工中的(de)輸送和澆注工作。

選擇多大(da)電機混凝(ning)土泵,首先要(yao)考(kao)慮變壓(ya)(ya)器容量,其(qi)次(ci)考(kao)慮距離混凝(ning)土泵的遠近和線徑大(da)小(xiao),以免壓(ya)(ya)降過大(da)造(zao)成電流(liu)增(zeng)(zeng)高或跳閘停機,過大(da)功率(lv)造(zao)成成本(ben)增(zeng)(zeng)加和使用不便(bian)。電機過小(xiao),同時也滿足不了工程需要(yao)。

一臺混凝土輸(shu)送泵的(de)電機(ji)功率是決定(ding)出口壓力(li)和輸(shu)送方(fang)量(liang)的(de)前提條件,在電機(ji)功率一定(ding)的(de)情況下,壓力(li)的(de)升(sheng)高必將使輸(shu)送量(liang)降(jiang)低;相反,降(jiang)低出口壓力(li),將會使輸(shu)送量(liang)增加。
為了(le)保(bao)證(zheng)混(hun)凝土輸送泵(beng)既要有較大(da)輸送量,又能有一定的出(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)和與之相(xiang)匹配的經濟功(gong)率(lv),在混(hun)凝土輸送泵(beng)的設計(ji)中(zhong),大(da)都(dou)采用了(le)恒(heng)功(gong)率(lv)柱塞泵(beng);即恒(heng)功(gong)率(lv)值選定后(hou),當出(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)升高時,油(you)泵(beng)輸出(chu)(chu)排量會自(zi)動降(jiang)低,達(da)到與功(gong)率(lv)設計(ji)相(xiang)對(dui)應的值;如果既要達(da)到出(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)高,又想得到輸送量大(da)的目的。惟一的途徑就是增加電機功(gong)率(lv)。
因此,在國家新標(biao)準中,引用了混凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)(neng)力指數概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量單位);即混凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)實際出口(kou)壓(ya)力與每小時(shi)實際輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量之乘(cheng)積,該值越(yue)大,其(qi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)力指數也越(yue)大,電(dian)(dian)機(ji)的(de)(de)功率也將越(yue)大,由此實現大排量、高揚程的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科尼樂公司(si)在設計(ji)時(shi),還(huan)采用了高低(di)壓(ya)切(qie)換的(de)(de)功能(neng)(neng)(neng)設計(ji),以(yi)滿足(zu)不(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)施工要求,在經濟狀態下,又能(neng)(neng)(neng)產生(sheng)較(jiao)大的(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量,或者以(yi)相同(tong)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)功率,產生(sheng)較(jiao)高的(de)(de)出口(kou)壓(ya)力。
