選擇(ze)多(duo)大電機混凝土泵,首先要(yao)(yao)考慮變壓(ya)器容量,其次考慮距離混凝土泵的遠近和(he)線徑大小,以(yi)免壓(ya)降過大造(zao)成(cheng)電流增(zeng)高(gao)或跳(tiao)閘停機,過大功率(lv)造(zao)成(cheng)成(cheng)本增(zeng)加和(he)使(shi)用不(bu)便。電機過小,同時也滿足不(bu)了工程需要(yao)(yao)。

一(yi)臺混凝土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)電(dian)機功率是決定出口(kou)壓(ya)力和輸(shu)送(song)(song)方(fang)量(liang)的(de)(de)前提條件,在電(dian)機功率一(yi)定的(de)(de)情況下,壓(ya)力的(de)(de)升高必將(jiang)(jiang)使輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)降低;相反(fan),降低出口(kou)壓(ya)力,將(jiang)(jiang)會使輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)增加。
為了(le)保證混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)輸送泵(beng)既要有較大(da)輸送量,又(you)能有一(yi)定的(de)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓力和(he)與之相(xiang)匹配的(de)經濟功(gong)率,在混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)輸送泵(beng)的(de)設(she)計中(zhong),大(da)都(dou)采用了(le)恒(heng)功(gong)率柱塞泵(beng);即恒(heng)功(gong)率值選定后,當出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓力升高(gao)時(shi),油泵(beng)輸出(chu)(chu)排量會自動降低(di),達到(dao)與功(gong)率設(she)計相(xiang)對應的(de)值;如果既要達到(dao)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓力高(gao),又(you)想得到(dao)輸送量大(da)的(de)目的(de)。惟一(yi)的(de)途(tu)徑就是增加電機功(gong)率。
因此(ci),在國(guo)家新標準(zhun)中,引用了混凝(ning)土輸送(song)泵的能(neng)力指(zhi)(zhi)數概念(nian)(以MPa·m3/h為(wei)度(du)量(liang)單位);即混凝(ning)土輸送(song)泵的實(shi)際出口壓力與每小時(shi)實(shi)際輸送(song)量(liang)之乘(cheng)積,該值越大(da)(da),其能(neng)力指(zhi)(zhi)數也越大(da)(da),電機的功率(lv)也將(jiang)越大(da)(da),由此(ci)實(shi)現大(da)(da)排量(liang)、高(gao)揚程的目的。科(ke)尼樂公(gong)司在設(she)計時(shi),還采用了高(gao)低壓切換的功能(neng)設(she)計,以滿足不同(tong)的施(shi)工要求,在經濟狀(zhuang)態下,又(you)能(neng)產生較大(da)(da)的輸送(song)量(liang),或者以相同(tong)的電機功率(lv),產生較高(gao)的出口壓力。
