隨著現代工(gong)(gong)(gong)業的興起(qi),以混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)為主材料的建(jian)設方式(shi)已經成為了(le)建(jian)筑業施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的主要構造之一(yi),在各(ge)種(zhong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)設中(zhong)占據了(le)很大的比例,使(shi)得混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)機械的發展經久不衰(shuai),且有越演越烈的形(xing)勢(shi)。拖式(shi)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)泵(beng),簡(jian)稱拖泵(beng),是各(ge)種(zhong)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)機械中(zhong)的一(yi)種(zhong),用于混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)的輸送(song)和(he)澆(jiao)注工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。

選(xuan)擇(ze)多大電(dian)機混凝土泵,首先要考(kao)慮變壓(ya)器容(rong)量,其次考(kao)慮距離混凝土泵的遠近(jin)和(he)線徑大小,以免(mian)壓(ya)降(jiang)過大造成(cheng)電(dian)流增(zeng)高或跳閘停機,過大功(gong)率造成(cheng)成(cheng)本增(zeng)加和(he)使用不(bu)便。電(dian)機過小,同時(shi)也滿足(zu)不(bu)了工程需要。

一(yi)臺(tai)混凝土輸(shu)送泵的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)功率(lv)是決定出(chu)口壓(ya)(ya)力(li)和輸(shu)送方(fang)量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)前提(ti)條件,在電(dian)(dian)機(ji)功率(lv)一(yi)定的(de)(de)(de)情況下,壓(ya)(ya)力(li)的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)高必將使輸(shu)送量(liang)降低;相反(fan),降低出(chu)口壓(ya)(ya)力(li),將會(hui)使輸(shu)送量(liang)增(zeng)加。

因此,在國家新標準中(zhong),引用了混凝土輸送泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)能(neng)力(li)(li)(li)指數(shu)概(gai)念(nian)(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為(wei)度(du)量單位);即混凝土輸送泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)實(shi)際出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)(li)(li)與每小時實(shi)際輸送量之乘積(ji),該值越大(da),其能(neng)力(li)(li)(li)指數(shu)也越大(da),電機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)功率也將越大(da),由此實(shi)現大(da)排量、高揚程的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。科尼(ni)樂公司(si)在設計時,還采用了高低壓切(qie)換的(de)(de)(de)功能(neng)設計,以(yi)滿足(zu)不同的(de)(de)(de)施工要(yao)求,在經(jing)濟狀態下,又能(neng)產生較大(da)的(de)(de)(de)輸送量,或者以(yi)相同的(de)(de)(de)電機(ji)功率,產生較高的(de)(de)(de)出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)(li)(li)。
