選擇多大電機(ji)混凝土泵,首(shou)先要考慮變壓(ya)器容量(liang),其(qi)次考慮距離混凝土泵的遠近(jin)和(he)線(xian)徑大小(xiao),以免壓(ya)降過(guo)大造(zao)成電流增(zeng)(zeng)高或跳(tiao)閘停機(ji),過(guo)大功率造(zao)成成本增(zeng)(zeng)加和(he)使(shi)用(yong)不便。電機(ji)過(guo)小(xiao),同時也滿足不了(le)工程需(xu)要。

一臺混凝土輸(shu)送泵的電機功率是決定出口壓(ya)力和輸(shu)送方量(liang)的前提(ti)條件,在電機功率一定的情況下,壓(ya)力的升(sheng)高必將使(shi)輸(shu)送量(liang)降低;相(xiang)反,降低出口壓(ya)力,將會使(shi)輸(shu)送量(liang)增(zeng)加。
為了保證混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)既要有較大(da)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang),又能(neng)有一(yi)定的(de)出(chu)口壓(ya)力和與(yu)之相(xiang)匹配的(de)經濟功(gong)(gong)率,在(zai)混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)設(she)計中(zhong),大(da)都(dou)采用了恒功(gong)(gong)率柱(zhu)塞(sai)泵(beng);即恒功(gong)(gong)率值選定后,當出(chu)口壓(ya)力升高時,油泵(beng)輸(shu)出(chu)排量(liang)會自動(dong)降低,達(da)到與(yu)功(gong)(gong)率設(she)計相(xiang)對應的(de)值;如果(guo)既要達(da)到出(chu)口壓(ya)力高,又想得到輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)大(da)的(de)目的(de)。惟一(yi)的(de)途徑就是增加(jia)電機功(gong)(gong)率。
因(yin)此(ci),在國(guo)家新標準中,引用(yong)了(le)混凝土輸送(song)泵(beng)的能力(li)指數概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)(liang)單位);即混凝土輸送(song)泵(beng)的實際出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)與每小(xiao)時(shi)實際輸送(song)量(liang)(liang)之(zhi)乘積,該值越大(da)(da),其能力(li)指數也越大(da)(da),電機的功(gong)率(lv)也將(jiang)越大(da)(da),由(you)此(ci)實現(xian)大(da)(da)排量(liang)(liang)、高(gao)揚程的目的。科尼樂公(gong)司在設計時(shi),還采用(yong)了(le)高(gao)低壓切換的功(gong)能設計,以(yi)滿足不(bu)同(tong)的施工(gong)要求,在經濟(ji)狀(zhuang)態下,又能產(chan)生較大(da)(da)的輸送(song)量(liang)(liang),或者以(yi)相同(tong)的電機功(gong)率(lv),產(chan)生較高(gao)的出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)。
