選擇多大電(dian)機混凝(ning)土(tu)泵,首先要考慮(lv)(lv)變壓(ya)(ya)器容量(liang),其(qi)次考慮(lv)(lv)距(ju)離混凝(ning)土(tu)泵的遠近(jin)和線徑(jing)大小,以(yi)免壓(ya)(ya)降過大造(zao)成電(dian)流增高或(huo)跳閘停(ting)機,過大功率造(zao)成成本增加和使用不便(bian)。電(dian)機過小,同時也(ye)滿(man)足不了(le)工(gong)程需要。

一(yi)臺混凝土(tu)輸送泵的(de)(de)電(dian)機(ji)功率是(shi)決(jue)定出(chu)(chu)口壓力和輸送方量的(de)(de)前(qian)提條件(jian),在電(dian)機(ji)功率一(yi)定的(de)(de)情況(kuang)下,壓力的(de)(de)升(sheng)高必將(jiang)使輸送量降低(di)(di);相反,降低(di)(di)出(chu)(chu)口壓力,將(jiang)會使輸送量增(zeng)加。

因(yin)此,在國家新標準中,引(yin)用(yong)了混(hun)凝土(tu)輸送(song)泵的(de)能(neng)力(li)(li)指(zhi)數(shu)概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度(du)量單位);即(ji)混(hun)凝土(tu)輸送(song)泵的(de)實(shi)際(ji)出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)(li)與(yu)每小時實(shi)際(ji)輸送(song)量之乘積,該值越(yue)(yue)大(da),其(qi)能(neng)力(li)(li)指(zhi)數(shu)也越(yue)(yue)大(da),電機(ji)的(de)功(gong)率也將越(yue)(yue)大(da),由(you)此實(shi)現大(da)排(pai)量、高(gao)揚(yang)程的(de)目的(de)。科尼(ni)樂公司在設計(ji)時,還(huan)采用(yong)了高(gao)低(di)壓(ya)切換的(de)功(gong)能(neng)設計(ji),以(yi)滿足不同(tong)(tong)的(de)施(shi)工(gong)要求,在經濟狀態(tai)下,又(you)能(neng)產生較(jiao)大(da)的(de)輸送(song)量,或者以(yi)相同(tong)(tong)的(de)電機(ji)功(gong)率,產生較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)(li)。
