選(xuan)擇多大(da)(da)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)混(hun)凝土泵,首(shou)先(xian)要考慮(lv)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)容(rong)量,其次考慮(lv)距離(li)混(hun)凝土泵的遠近和(he)線徑大(da)(da)小,以免(mian)壓(ya)(ya)降過大(da)(da)造(zao)成(cheng)電(dian)流增高或跳閘停(ting)機(ji)(ji),過大(da)(da)功率造(zao)成(cheng)成(cheng)本增加和(he)使用不(bu)便。電(dian)機(ji)(ji)過小,同時(shi)也(ye)滿足不(bu)了(le)工(gong)程(cheng)需要。

一臺(tai)混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送泵的電機功率是決定(ding)出(chu)口壓(ya)力和輸(shu)(shu)送方量(liang)(liang)的前提(ti)條件,在電機功率一定(ding)的情(qing)況下,壓(ya)力的升高必將使輸(shu)(shu)送量(liang)(liang)降低(di);相反,降低(di)出(chu)口壓(ya)力,將會(hui)使輸(shu)(shu)送量(liang)(liang)增加(jia)。
為了保證混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵既(ji)要有(you)較大輸(shu)送(song)(song)量,又(you)能有(you)一定的(de)出口(kou)壓(ya)力和與(yu)之相(xiang)匹(pi)配的(de)經濟功率(lv)(lv),在(zai)混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)設(she)計(ji)中,大都(dou)采用了恒(heng)功率(lv)(lv)柱塞(sai)泵;即恒(heng)功率(lv)(lv)值(zhi)選(xuan)定后,當出口(kou)壓(ya)力升(sheng)高時(shi),油泵輸(shu)出排量會自動降低,達到(dao)與(yu)功率(lv)(lv)設(she)計(ji)相(xiang)對應(ying)的(de)值(zhi);如果既(ji)要達到(dao)出口(kou)壓(ya)力高,又(you)想得到(dao)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量大的(de)目的(de)。惟(wei)一的(de)途徑就是增加電機功率(lv)(lv)。
因此(ci),在國(guo)家新標(biao)準(zhun)中,引用了混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)能(neng)力指數概(gai)念(以MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)(liang)單(dan)位);即混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)實際出口壓(ya)力與每小時(shi)實際輸送(song)量(liang)(liang)之乘積(ji),該值越(yue)大(da)(da),其能(neng)力指數也(ye)越(yue)大(da)(da),電(dian)機的(de)(de)(de)功率也(ye)將越(yue)大(da)(da),由(you)此(ci)實現大(da)(da)排(pai)量(liang)(liang)、高揚程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。科尼(ni)樂公(gong)司在設計時(shi),還采用了高低壓(ya)切換(huan)的(de)(de)(de)功能(neng)設計,以滿足不同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)施(shi)工(gong)要(yao)求,在經濟(ji)狀態下,又(you)能(neng)產(chan)生(sheng)較大(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)輸送(song)量(liang)(liang),或者(zhe)以相同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)機功率,產(chan)生(sheng)較高的(de)(de)(de)出口壓(ya)力。
