選擇多大電機(ji)混凝土泵(beng),首先要(yao)考(kao)慮變壓器容量,其(qi)次考(kao)慮距離混凝土泵(beng)的遠近和線徑大小(xiao),以免壓降過大造成電流增高或跳閘(zha)停機(ji),過大功率造成成本增加和使用不便。電機(ji)過小(xiao),同時也滿(man)足(zu)不了工程需要(yao)。

一臺混(hun)凝土輸送(song)泵(beng)的(de)電(dian)機(ji)功率是決定出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)(li)和輸送(song)方量的(de)前提條(tiao)件,在電(dian)機(ji)功率一定的(de)情況下,壓力(li)(li)的(de)升高必將使輸送(song)量降(jiang)低;相(xiang)反(fan),降(jiang)低出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)(li),將會使輸送(song)量增加。

因此(ci),在(zai)國家新標準(zhun)中,引(yin)用了(le)混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)能力(li)指數概念(以MPa·m3/h為度量單位(wei));即混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)實(shi)際(ji)出(chu)口壓力(li)與每(mei)小時(shi)實(shi)際(ji)輸(shu)送(song)量之乘積,該(gai)值(zhi)越(yue)(yue)大(da)(da),其能力(li)指數也越(yue)(yue)大(da)(da),電(dian)機的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)率也將越(yue)(yue)大(da)(da),由此(ci)實(shi)現大(da)(da)排量、高揚程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。科(ke)尼樂公司在(zai)設計(ji)時(shi),還采用了(le)高低壓切(qie)換(huan)的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能設計(ji),以滿足不同的(de)(de)(de)施工要求,在(zai)經濟(ji)狀態下,又能產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)較大(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)送(song)量,或者以相同的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)機功(gong)率,產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)較高的(de)(de)(de)出(chu)口壓力(li)。
