選(xuan)擇多大電機混凝(ning)土泵,首先要考慮變壓(ya)器容量,其次考慮距離混凝(ning)土泵的(de)遠近和線徑大小(xiao),以免(mian)壓(ya)降(jiang)過大造成電流增(zeng)高或跳閘停機,過大功(gong)率造成成本增(zeng)加和使(shi)用(yong)不便(bian)。電機過小(xiao),同(tong)時也滿足(zu)不了工程(cheng)需要。

一臺(tai)混凝(ning)土輸送泵的電機功率(lv)是決(jue)定出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)和輸送方量(liang)的前提條件,在電機功率(lv)一定的情(qing)況下,壓力(li)的升高必將使輸送量(liang)降低;相(xiang)反,降低出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li),將會使輸送量(liang)增加。
為了保證混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)既要(yao)有較大輸(shu)送(song)量(liang),又能有一(yi)定的(de)出口壓(ya)力和與之相匹配的(de)經濟功(gong)率,在混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)設計中,大都采用了恒功(gong)率柱塞(sai)泵(beng);即恒功(gong)率值選定后(hou),當出口壓(ya)力升高時(shi),油(you)泵(beng)輸(shu)出排量(liang)會自(zi)動降(jiang)低,達到(dao)與功(gong)率設計相對應的(de)值;如果(guo)既要(yao)達到(dao)出口壓(ya)力高,又想得到(dao)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)大的(de)目的(de)。惟一(yi)的(de)途徑就是(shi)增(zeng)加電機(ji)功(gong)率。
