隨著現代工(gong)業的興起,以混凝土為主材料(liao)的建設方(fang)式(shi)已經成為了(le)建筑(zhu)業施(shi)工(gong)的主要構造之(zhi)一,在各種工(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)建設中占據了(le)很大的比例,使得混凝土機械的發展(zhan)經久不衰,且(qie)有越演越烈的形勢。拖式(shi)混凝土泵,簡稱(cheng)拖泵,是各種混凝土機械中的一種,用(yong)于混凝土施(shi)工(gong)中的輸送(song)和澆注(zhu)工(gong)作。

選(xuan)擇多大(da)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)混(hun)凝土(tu)泵(beng),首先要考(kao)慮變壓器容量,其次考(kao)慮距離混(hun)凝土(tu)泵(beng)的遠近和線徑大(da)小,以免壓降過大(da)造成電(dian)流增(zeng)高(gao)或(huo)跳閘停機(ji)(ji),過大(da)功率(lv)造成成本增(zeng)加和使用不便。電(dian)機(ji)(ji)過小,同時也滿足不了工程需要。

一(yi)臺混凝土輸送泵(beng)的(de)(de)電機功率是決定出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)和輸送方量的(de)(de)前提(ti)條件(jian),在電機功率一(yi)定的(de)(de)情(qing)況下,壓力(li)的(de)(de)升高必將使(shi)輸送量降(jiang)低;相反,降(jiang)低出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li),將會使(shi)輸送量增加(jia)。
為了保證混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)泵既要(yao)有較大輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang),又(you)能有一定的出口壓(ya)(ya)力(li)和(he)與(yu)之相匹配的經(jing)濟功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv),在混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的設計(ji)中,大都采用了恒(heng)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)柱塞泵;即(ji)恒(heng)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)值(zhi)選(xuan)定后,當出口壓(ya)(ya)力(li)升高時,油(you)泵輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)出排量(liang)會自動(dong)降低(di),達到(dao)與(yu)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)設計(ji)相對應的值(zhi);如果既要(yao)達到(dao)出口壓(ya)(ya)力(li)高,又(you)想得到(dao)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)大的目的。惟一的途(tu)徑就是增(zeng)加(jia)電機功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)。
因此,在國家新標準中,引用了混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的能(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數(shu)概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為(wei)度量(liang)(liang)(liang)單位);即混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的實(shi)(shi)際出口(kou)壓力(li)與每小時實(shi)(shi)際輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang)(liang)之乘積,該(gai)值越(yue)(yue)大(da),其(qi)能(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數(shu)也(ye)越(yue)(yue)大(da),電(dian)機的功(gong)率也(ye)將(jiang)越(yue)(yue)大(da),由此實(shi)(shi)現大(da)排量(liang)(liang)(liang)、高揚程的目的。科尼樂公司在設計時,還采用了高低(di)壓切(qie)換的功(gong)能(neng)設計,以(yi)滿(man)足不同(tong)的施工要求(qiu),在經濟狀態下,又能(neng)產生(sheng)較(jiao)大(da)的輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang)(liang),或者以(yi)相同(tong)的電(dian)機功(gong)率,產生(sheng)較(jiao)高的出口(kou)壓力(li)。
