隨著現代(dai)工(gong)業的(de)(de)興起(qi),以(yi)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)為主材料的(de)(de)建(jian)設(she)方式已(yi)經成為了建(jian)筑業施(shi)工(gong)的(de)(de)主要構(gou)造之一,在各(ge)種(zhong)工(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)建(jian)設(she)中(zhong)(zhong)占據了很大的(de)(de)比例,使得混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)機械(xie)的(de)(de)發展(zhan)經久不衰,且(qie)有越演越烈的(de)(de)形勢(shi)。拖(tuo)(tuo)式混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)泵(beng),簡稱拖(tuo)(tuo)泵(beng),是各(ge)種(zhong)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)機械(xie)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)一種(zhong),用(yong)于(yu)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)施(shi)工(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)輸送(song)和(he)澆注工(gong)作。
技術參數
通常,一臺混(hun)凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵(beng)有以下(xia)幾(ji)個主要(yao)技術參數:輸(shu)送(song)(song)排量、出(chu)口壓力、功率和分配閥(fa)形(xing)式。按照國家新標準(zhun),這幾(ji)個主要(yao)參數從(cong)混(hun)凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵(beng)的(de)型號上都(dou)可(ke)獲知。
1、閘板閥拖泵型號參數含義:
a、例如HBT30-45ZⅢ型(xing),HBT─代表(biao)(biao)(biao)拖(tuo)式(shi)混凝土(tu)泵;30─代表(biao)(biao)(biao)每小時理論方(fang)量為30立方(fang);45─代表(biao)(biao)(biao)電(dian)機功率為45千瓦(wa);Z─代表(biao)(biao)(biao)閘板(ban)閥泵; Ⅲ型(xing)─代表(biao)(biao)(biao)第三代產(chan)品.
b、例如(ru)HBT70CⅢ型(xing)和HBT60DⅢ型(xing),D─代表電泵;C─代表柴油泵.
2、S閥拖泵型號參數(shu)含(han)義(yi):
例如HBT80.13-130RS ,HBT─代(dai)表(biao)(biao)拖(tuo)式混(hun)凝土(tu)泵;80─代(dai)表(biao)(biao)每小時理論(lun)方量為80立方;13─代(dai)表(biao)(biao)出口壓力為13兆帕(pa);130─代(dai)表(biao)(biao)柴油機的功率(lv)為130千瓦; R─代(dai)表(biao)(biao)柴油動力; S─代(dai)表(biao)(biao)S閥泵.
3、蝶閥拖泵型號含義:
其實國際國內并沒有(you)一個統(tong)一的標準,每個廠家都有(you)自己(ji)的命名方式。

選擇(ze)多大電機(ji)(ji)混(hun)凝(ning)土泵(beng)(beng),首(shou)先(xian)要(yao)考(kao)慮變壓器容量,其次考(kao)慮距(ju)離(li)混(hun)凝(ning)土泵(beng)(beng)的(de)遠近(jin)和線徑大小,以免(mian)壓降過大造成(cheng)(cheng)電流(liu)增(zeng)高或跳閘停機(ji)(ji),過大功率造成(cheng)(cheng)成(cheng)(cheng)本增(zeng)加和使(shi)用不(bu)便。電機(ji)(ji)過小,同時也滿足不(bu)了工程(cheng)需(xu)要(yao)。

一臺混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)泵的(de)電機功率是決定(ding)出口壓(ya)(ya)力(li)和輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)方量的(de)前提(ti)條件,在電機功率一定(ding)的(de)情況下,壓(ya)(ya)力(li)的(de)升高必將使輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)量降(jiang)低(di);相(xiang)反,降(jiang)低(di)出口壓(ya)(ya)力(li),將會使輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)量增加。
為了保證混凝土輸送(song)泵(beng)既要有較(jiao)大輸送(song)量(liang),又能(neng)有一定的(de)(de)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力和與之(zhi)相匹配的(de)(de)經濟功(gong)率,在混凝土輸送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)設(she)計(ji)中,大都采(cai)用了恒功(gong)率柱塞泵(beng);即恒功(gong)率值選定后,當出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力升高時,油(you)泵(beng)輸出(chu)(chu)排量(liang)會自動降低,達(da)到(dao)與功(gong)率設(she)計(ji)相對應的(de)(de)值;如果既要達(da)到(dao)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力高,又想得到(dao)輸送(song)量(liang)大的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。惟一的(de)(de)途徑就是增加電機功(gong)率。
因此,在國(guo)家新標準(zhun)中,引用了混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)能力(li)(li)指(zhi)數概念(以MPa·m3/h為度(du)量單位);即(ji)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)實(shi)際(ji)出口壓力(li)(li)與每小時實(shi)際(ji)輸送(song)量之(zhi)乘積(ji),該值(zhi)越(yue)大,其能力(li)(li)指(zhi)數也越(yue)大,電機的(de)(de)功(gong)率(lv)也將越(yue)大,由此實(shi)現大排(pai)量、高揚程(cheng)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科尼樂公司(si)在設計時,還采(cai)用了高低壓切(qie)換(huan)的(de)(de)功(gong)能設計,以滿足不同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)施工(gong)要求(qiu),在經(jing)濟(ji)狀態下,又能產(chan)生較(jiao)大的(de)(de)輸送(song)量,或者以相同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)電機功(gong)率(lv),產(chan)生較(jiao)高的(de)(de)出口壓力(li)(li)。
