隨(sui)著現代(dai)工(gong)(gong)業的(de)(de)興起,以(yi)混(hun)(hun)凝土為(wei)主(zhu)材料的(de)(de)建設(she)方式(shi)已經成為(wei)了(le)建筑業施(shi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)主(zhu)要構(gou)造之一(yi),在各種(zhong)(zhong)工(gong)(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)(gong)建設(she)中(zhong)占據了(le)很大的(de)(de)比例,使得(de)混(hun)(hun)凝土機(ji)械的(de)(de)發展經久不衰,且有越(yue)演(yan)越(yue)烈的(de)(de)形勢。拖(tuo)式(shi)混(hun)(hun)凝土泵,簡稱拖(tuo)泵,是各種(zhong)(zhong)混(hun)(hun)凝土機(ji)械中(zhong)的(de)(de)一(yi)種(zhong)(zhong),用于(yu)混(hun)(hun)凝土施(shi)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)的(de)(de)輸送和澆注工(gong)(gong)作。

選擇多大電機混凝土(tu)泵,首先要(yao)考慮變壓器容量(liang),其次(ci)考慮距離混凝土(tu)泵的遠近和線(xian)徑大小,以(yi)免壓降過大造(zao)成電流(liu)增高或跳閘停機,過大功率造(zao)成成本(ben)增加(jia)和使用(yong)不便。電機過小,同時也滿足不了工程需要(yao)。

一臺混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)電機功(gong)率是決定出口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力和輸(shu)送(song)方量的(de)(de)前提(ti)條件,在電機功(gong)率一定的(de)(de)情況下,壓(ya)(ya)力的(de)(de)升高必將使輸(shu)送(song)量降低;相反,降低出口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力,將會使輸(shu)送(song)量增加。
為了(le)保證混凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)輸送(song)泵(beng)既要有較大輸送(song)量(liang),又(you)能有一定(ding)(ding)的(de)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)和(he)與之相匹配(pei)的(de)經(jing)濟功(gong)率(lv),在混凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)輸送(song)泵(beng)的(de)設(she)計(ji)中,大都(dou)采用了(le)恒功(gong)率(lv)柱塞泵(beng);即恒功(gong)率(lv)值選定(ding)(ding)后,當(dang)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)升高(gao)時(shi),油泵(beng)輸出(chu)(chu)排量(liang)會自動降低(di),達(da)到(dao)與功(gong)率(lv)設(she)計(ji)相對(dui)應的(de)值;如(ru)果既要達(da)到(dao)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)高(gao),又(you)想(xiang)得到(dao)輸送(song)量(liang)大的(de)目的(de)。惟一的(de)途徑就是增加(jia)電機功(gong)率(lv)。
因此,在(zai)國家新標(biao)準中(zhong),引用(yong)了混(hun)凝(ning)土輸送(song)泵(beng)的能(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數(shu)(shu)概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為(wei)度量(liang)(liang)單(dan)位(wei));即混(hun)凝(ning)土輸送(song)泵(beng)的實(shi)際出口壓(ya)力(li)與每小時(shi)實(shi)際輸送(song)量(liang)(liang)之乘(cheng)積,該值越(yue)大,其能(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數(shu)(shu)也越(yue)大,電機的功(gong)(gong)率(lv)也將(jiang)越(yue)大,由(you)此實(shi)現(xian)大排量(liang)(liang)、高(gao)揚程的目的。科尼(ni)樂公司在(zai)設(she)(she)計時(shi),還采用(yong)了高(gao)低壓(ya)切(qie)換的功(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)設(she)(she)計,以(yi)滿(man)足不同的施工(gong)要(yao)求,在(zai)經濟狀態下,又能(neng)(neng)(neng)產生較大的輸送(song)量(liang)(liang),或者以(yi)相同的電機功(gong)(gong)率(lv),產生較高(gao)的出口壓(ya)力(li)。
