選(xuan)擇多大電(dian)機混(hun)凝土泵,首先要考(kao)慮(lv)(lv)變壓(ya)器容量(liang),其次(ci)考(kao)慮(lv)(lv)距離混(hun)凝土泵的遠近和(he)線徑(jing)大小,以免壓(ya)降過(guo)大造(zao)成電(dian)流增高或(huo)跳(tiao)閘停機,過(guo)大功率造(zao)成成本增加和(he)使(shi)用不便。電(dian)機過(guo)小,同(tong)時也滿足不了(le)工程需要。

一臺混(hun)凝土(tu)輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)電機功(gong)率是決(jue)定出口壓(ya)力和輸送(song)方量的(de)(de)前提條件,在電機功(gong)率一定的(de)(de)情況下,壓(ya)力的(de)(de)升高必將使輸送(song)量降(jiang)低(di);相反,降(jiang)低(di)出口壓(ya)力,將會使輸送(song)量增加。
為(wei)了保(bao)證混凝(ning)土輸送(song)泵(beng)既(ji)要(yao)(yao)有較(jiao)大輸送(song)量(liang),又能有一(yi)定(ding)的(de)出口(kou)壓力和(he)與(yu)之相(xiang)匹配(pei)的(de)經濟功(gong)(gong)率,在混凝(ning)土輸送(song)泵(beng)的(de)設(she)計中,大都(dou)采用了恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)率柱塞(sai)泵(beng);即恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)率值選定(ding)后(hou),當出口(kou)壓力升高時,油泵(beng)輸出排(pai)量(liang)會自動降低,達(da)到(dao)與(yu)功(gong)(gong)率設(she)計相(xiang)對(dui)應的(de)值;如果既(ji)要(yao)(yao)達(da)到(dao)出口(kou)壓力高,又想得(de)到(dao)輸送(song)量(liang)大的(de)目(mu)的(de)。惟(wei)一(yi)的(de)途(tu)徑就是增加電機功(gong)(gong)率。
因此,在國家新(xin)標準(zhun)中,引用了(le)混凝土(tu)輸送泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)能(neng)力(li)指數概念(以MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位(wei));即混凝土(tu)輸送泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)際出口壓(ya)力(li)與(yu)每小時(shi)(shi)實(shi)(shi)際輸送量(liang)之乘積,該值越(yue)大,其能(neng)力(li)指數也越(yue)大,電機的(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)率也將越(yue)大,由此實(shi)(shi)現大排(pai)量(liang)、高(gao)揚程的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)。科尼(ni)樂公司在設計(ji)時(shi)(shi),還(huan)采用了(le)高(gao)低壓(ya)切換的(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng)設計(ji),以滿足不同的(de)(de)(de)(de)施(shi)工(gong)要求,在經濟狀態下,又能(neng)產生較大的(de)(de)(de)(de)輸送量(liang),或(huo)者以相同的(de)(de)(de)(de)電機功(gong)率,產生較高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)出口壓(ya)力(li)。
