選擇(ze)多大電機混凝土(tu)泵(beng),首先(xian)要考慮變壓(ya)器(qi)容量,其次考慮距離混凝土(tu)泵(beng)的遠近和線徑大小,以免(mian)壓(ya)降過大造成電流增高(gao)或跳閘停機,過大功率造成成本增加和使用不(bu)(bu)便。電機過小,同時也滿足不(bu)(bu)了工程需要。

一臺混凝土輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的電(dian)機(ji)功率是決定出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)和輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)方量(liang)的前提(ti)條件,在電(dian)機(ji)功率一定的情況下,壓力(li)的升高必(bi)將使輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)降(jiang)低(di);相反,降(jiang)低(di)出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li),將會使輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)增加。
為了保(bao)證(zheng)混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵既要(yao)有較(jiao)大(da)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang),又能有一(yi)定(ding)的出(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)和(he)與之相匹配的經濟功率(lv),在混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的設(she)計中(zhong),大(da)都采(cai)用了恒功率(lv)柱(zhu)塞泵;即恒功率(lv)值(zhi)選定(ding)后,當出(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)升高時,油泵輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)排量(liang)會自動降低,達到與功率(lv)設(she)計相對應(ying)的值(zhi);如果既要(yao)達到出(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)高,又想得到輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)大(da)的目的。惟(wei)一(yi)的途徑就是增(zeng)加電機功率(lv)。
因此,在國家(jia)新(xin)標準中,引用了(le)混凝土(tu)輸送(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)能(neng)力指數概念(nian)(以MPa·m3/h為度(du)量(liang)單位);即混凝土(tu)輸送(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)際(ji)(ji)出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力與每小時實(shi)(shi)際(ji)(ji)輸送(song)(song)量(liang)之乘積,該(gai)值越大,其能(neng)力指數也越大,電機的(de)(de)功(gong)率(lv)也將越大,由此實(shi)(shi)現大排(pai)量(liang)、高(gao)(gao)揚程的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科尼(ni)樂公(gong)司在設計時,還采(cai)用了(le)高(gao)(gao)低壓(ya)切(qie)換的(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng)設計,以滿(man)足(zu)不同的(de)(de)施(shi)工要求,在經濟狀態下,又能(neng)產生(sheng)較大的(de)(de)輸送(song)(song)量(liang),或者以相同的(de)(de)電機功(gong)率(lv),產生(sheng)較高(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力。
