隨(sui)著(zhu)現代工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業的(de)(de)興起,以混凝土為主材料的(de)(de)建設方式已經成為了(le)建筑(zhu)業施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)主要構造(zao)之一(yi),在各種(zhong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)建設中占據了(le)很(hen)大的(de)(de)比例,使得混凝土機(ji)械的(de)(de)發展經久不衰,且有越(yue)演越(yue)烈的(de)(de)形勢。拖式混凝土泵,簡(jian)稱拖泵,是各種(zhong)混凝土機(ji)械中的(de)(de)一(yi)種(zhong),用于混凝土施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中的(de)(de)輸送和澆注工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作。

選擇多大電機混凝土泵,首(shou)先要考(kao)慮變壓器容量(liang),其次考(kao)慮距(ju)離混凝土泵的遠近和線徑大小,以免壓降過(guo)大造成(cheng)電流(liu)增高或(huo)跳閘(zha)停機,過(guo)大功率造成(cheng)成(cheng)本增加和使用(yong)不便(bian)。電機過(guo)小,同時也滿足不了工程需要。

一(yi)臺混凝土輸(shu)送泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)電機(ji)(ji)功率(lv)是(shi)決定(ding)出(chu)口壓力和(he)輸(shu)送方量的(de)(de)(de)前提條(tiao)件,在電機(ji)(ji)功率(lv)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)情況下(xia),壓力的(de)(de)(de)升高必將使輸(shu)送量降(jiang)(jiang)低;相反,降(jiang)(jiang)低出(chu)口壓力,將會使輸(shu)送量增(zeng)加(jia)。
為了保(bao)證混凝(ning)土輸送(song)泵(beng)既要(yao)(yao)有(you)較大輸送(song)量,又能有(you)一定(ding)的(de)出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)和與之相(xiang)匹配的(de)經濟(ji)功(gong)率(lv),在(zai)混凝(ning)土輸送(song)泵(beng)的(de)設計中,大都采用(yong)了恒功(gong)率(lv)柱(zhu)塞泵(beng);即(ji)恒功(gong)率(lv)值選定(ding)后,當出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)升高(gao)時,油泵(beng)輸出排(pai)量會(hui)自動降(jiang)低(di),達(da)到與功(gong)率(lv)設計相(xiang)對應的(de)值;如果既要(yao)(yao)達(da)到出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)高(gao),又想得到輸送(song)量大的(de)目的(de)。惟一的(de)途徑就是增加(jia)電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)率(lv)。
因此,在(zai)(zai)國家新標準中(zhong),引(yin)用了(le)混凝土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵(beng)的能力指數(shu)(shu)概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為(wei)度量(liang)單位);即混凝土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵(beng)的實際出口壓力與每小(xiao)時(shi)實際輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)之乘積,該(gai)值越(yue)大,其(qi)能力指數(shu)(shu)也(ye)越(yue)大,電機(ji)的功(gong)率(lv)也(ye)將越(yue)大,由(you)此實現大排量(liang)、高揚程(cheng)的目的。科尼樂公(gong)司在(zai)(zai)設計(ji)時(shi),還采用了(le)高低(di)壓切(qie)換的功(gong)能設計(ji),以(yi)滿足不同的施工要求,在(zai)(zai)經濟狀(zhuang)態下,又能產(chan)生較大的輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang),或者以(yi)相同的電機(ji)功(gong)率(lv),產(chan)生較高的出口壓力。
