隨著(zhu)現(xian)代工(gong)(gong)業的興起,以混(hun)凝(ning)土為(wei)主材料的建(jian)(jian)設方式已(yi)經成為(wei)了建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)業施(shi)工(gong)(gong)的主要構造之一,在各種工(gong)(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)(gong)建(jian)(jian)設中占(zhan)據了很大的比(bi)例,使(shi)得混(hun)凝(ning)土機(ji)械(xie)的發(fa)展經久(jiu)不衰,且有越演越烈的形勢。拖(tuo)式混(hun)凝(ning)土泵,簡稱拖(tuo)泵,是(shi)各種混(hun)凝(ning)土機(ji)械(xie)中的一種,用于混(hun)凝(ning)土施(shi)工(gong)(gong)中的輸(shu)送和(he)澆注工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。

選擇(ze)多(duo)大電(dian)機(ji)混凝(ning)土(tu)泵,首(shou)先要考慮變壓(ya)器容量,其次考慮距離混凝(ning)土(tu)泵的遠近(jin)和(he)線(xian)徑大小(xiao)(xiao),以免(mian)壓(ya)降(jiang)過大造成(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)流(liu)增高或跳(tiao)閘停機(ji),過大功率造成(cheng)(cheng)成(cheng)(cheng)本增加和(he)使用不(bu)便。電(dian)機(ji)過小(xiao)(xiao),同(tong)時也滿足(zu)不(bu)了工程(cheng)需要。

一臺混凝土輸送(song)泵的(de)電機功(gong)率是決定出口壓力(li)和輸送(song)方量的(de)前提條件,在電機功(gong)率一定的(de)情況下(xia),壓力(li)的(de)升高必將使輸送(song)量降低;相反,降低出口壓力(li),將會使輸送(song)量增(zeng)加。
為了保(bao)證混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)送泵(beng)既要(yao)有較大(da)輸(shu)送量(liang),又能(neng)有一定的(de)出(chu)(chu)口壓力和(he)與之相(xiang)匹配的(de)經濟功率(lv),在混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)送泵(beng)的(de)設計(ji)(ji)中(zhong),大(da)都采(cai)用了恒功率(lv)柱(zhu)塞(sai)泵(beng);即恒功率(lv)值(zhi)(zhi)選定后(hou),當出(chu)(chu)口壓力升高(gao)時,油泵(beng)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)排量(liang)會(hui)自動降低,達到與功率(lv)設計(ji)(ji)相(xiang)對應的(de)值(zhi)(zhi);如果既要(yao)達到出(chu)(chu)口壓力高(gao),又想得到輸(shu)送量(liang)大(da)的(de)目的(de)。惟一的(de)途(tu)徑就是(shi)增加電機功率(lv)。
因此,在(zai)國家新標準中,引用(yong)了(le)混(hun)凝土輸送(song)(song)泵(beng)的(de)能(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數(shu)概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量單位(wei));即混(hun)凝土輸送(song)(song)泵(beng)的(de)實(shi)(shi)際出口壓力(li)與(yu)每小時(shi)實(shi)(shi)際輸送(song)(song)量之乘(cheng)積(ji),該(gai)值越大,其能(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數(shu)也(ye)越大,電(dian)機的(de)功率也(ye)將越大,由此實(shi)(shi)現(xian)大排量、高揚程的(de)目的(de)。科尼樂公司在(zai)設計時(shi),還采用(yong)了(le)高低(di)壓切換(huan)的(de)功能(neng)設計,以(yi)滿足不同(tong)(tong)的(de)施(shi)工要求(qiu),在(zai)經濟狀態下,又(you)能(neng)產(chan)生較大的(de)輸送(song)(song)量,或者以(yi)相同(tong)(tong)的(de)電(dian)機功率,產(chan)生較高的(de)出口壓力(li)。
