熱處理工藝方法及過程
如(ru)前文所(suo)述(shu),機(ji)加工(gong)前對齒坯進行(xing)整體高溫(wen)(wen)正(zheng)火(huo)處理,正(zheng)火(huo)設備為RT-90-9 箱式爐(lu),具(ju)體工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)過程是,爐(lu)溫(wen)(wen)升至(zhi)裝爐(lu)溫(wen)(wen)度400-650℃時,將齒輪放 爐(lu)中(zhong),裝零(ling)件時如(ru)果需要(yao)疊放,疊放高度不要(yao)超過兩層,然(ran)后(hou)將零(ling)件加熱至(zhi)920-940℃,使組織完全發生相變,保溫(wen)(wen)30-50分鐘后(hou),空冷(leng)即可。正(zheng)火(huo)工(gong)藝(yi)(yi):
由(you)于該齒輪精度(du)要求(qiu)不(bu)是很高,為(wei)(wei)降(jiang)低滲(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)淬(cui)(cui)火成(cheng)本,可以(yi)采用(yong)滲(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)后(hou)(hou)直(zhi)(zhi)接淬(cui)(cui)火的(de)工藝方法(fa),具 體(ti)方法(fa)是將零(ling)件裝(zhuang)入(ru)滲(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)筐中(zhong),不(bu)要疊加,爐溫升(sheng)至(zhi)840℃開始(shi)滴(di)航空煤油,煤油滴(di)速為(wei)(wei)60-80d/min, 爐溫升(sheng)至(zhi)930℃時零(ling)件開始(shi)裝(zhuang)爐。排(pai)氣期結(jie)束后(hou)(hou),放入(ru)兩只(zhi)試棒(bang)(bang),其中(zhong)一只(zhi)試棒(bang)(bang)在擴(kuo)散時間(jian)為(wei)(wei)120 min時取出(chu)淬(cui)(cui)油冷(leng)卻并檢驗(yan)淬(cui)(cui)硬層(ceng)深度(du),根據(ju)檢驗(yan)結(jie)果決定(ding)(ding)是否(fou)(fou)降(jiang)溫,若滲(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)層(ceng)深度(du)不(bu)足,擴(kuo)散期延長至(zhi) 150min。滲(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)時可按照表1規定(ding)(ding)參數(shu)進行(xing),為(wei)(wei)控(kong)制(zhi)滲(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)時的(de)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)勢濃度(du),可采用(yong)在滲(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)爐中(zhong)加裝(zhuang)氧(yang)(yang)傳感 器的(de)方法(fa)進行(xing)監測和(he)控(kong)制(zhi),氧(yang)(yang)傳感器通過氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)鋯探頭,將氣氛狀(zhuang)態轉(zhuan)化(hua)為(wei)(wei)電勢差,上述差值通過控(kong)制(zhi) 系(xi)統的(de)比較和(he)計(ji)算,確定(ding)(ding)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)勢的(de)濃度(du)是否(fou)(fou)合(he)適并對其進行(xing)自動優(you)化(hua)和(he)調整,使(shi)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)勢控(kong)制(zhi)精度(du)可以(yi)達到 ≤±0.05%C,可有效控(kong)制(zhi)滲(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)層(ceng)深度(du)并提高滲(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)層(ceng)的(de)質量,確保無塊狀(zhuang)、網狀(zhuang)滲(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)物,滲(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)設備采 用(yong)RQ3-75-9井式滲(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)爐。滲(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)均溫期結(jie)束后(hou)(hou),零(ling)件出(chu)爐直(zhi)(zhi)接淬(cui)(cui)火。淬(cui)(cui)火設備選用(yong)專(zhuan)用(yong)恒(heng)溫油槽,淬(cui)(cui) 火介質為(wei)(wei)專(zhuan)用(yong)等溫分級淬(cui)(cui)火油,介質溫度(du)恒(heng)定(ding)(ding)在110-120℃之間(jian),冷(leng)卻30min后(hou)(hou),出(chu)爐空冷(leng)。
為消除(chu)淬(cui)火后零(ling)件的殘余應力并(bing)防止淬(cui)火裂紋的產(chan)生,應盡快將淬(cui)火后的零(ling)件進行低溫(wen)回(hui)火處理,具體工(gong)(gong)藝方法是在(zai)當爐(lu)(lu)溫(wen)升至160℃左右時零(ling) 件開始裝爐(lu)(lu),保(bao)溫(wen)120-150min后,出爐(lu)(lu)空冷,回(hui)火設(she)備為RJJ-36-6回(hui)火爐(lu)(lu)。淬(cui)火及回(hui)火工(gong)(gong)藝圖(tu)見圖(tu)5:
后序(xu)處理
將熱(re)處理后(hou)(hou)的(de)(de)(de)零(ling)件(jian)放(fang)在(zai)噴砂機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)轉盤上進行(xing)噴砂處理,選用石英砂的(de)(de)(de)粒度為(wei)10-20目,在(zai)噴砂過(guo) 程(cheng)中要(yao)(yao)經(jing)常翻動零(ling)件(jian)使各面噴砂效果均勻(yun)。零(ling)件(jian)噴砂完(wan)后(hou)(hou),放(fang)入防(fang)銹液中浸泡(pao)2-4min后(hou)(hou),在(zai)空氣中干 燥(zao)。需(xu)要(yao)(yao)注意的(de)(de)(de)是,防(fang)銹處理必須在(zai)噴砂后(hou)(hou)24小時內(nei)完(wan)成。
效(xiao)果(guo)
上述方法簡單實(shi)用,不需要(yao)專(zhuan)用裝備即可(ke)實(shi)現直(zhi)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)錐齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪的(de)(de)加(jia)工,且經(jing)濟性(xing)好,成本較(jiao)低。經(jing)對(dui) 加(jia)工后的(de)(de)錐齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪進行(xing)檢測,尺(chi)寸及形(xing)位精(jing)度(du)均符(fu)合(he)要(yao)求,滲碳層深度(du)為(wei)1.1-1.3mm,齒(chi)(chi)(chi)部金(jin)相組(zu)織為(wei) 單一的(de)(de)板條狀(zhuang)回火馬氏(shi)體組(zu)織,硬(ying)度(du)為(wei)HRC58-62。心部硬(ying)度(du)為(wei)HRC36-40,完全可(ke)以滿足該零件(jian)的(de)(de)質 量要(yao)求。
