選(xuan)擇多大(da)電機混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)泵,首先要考慮變壓器容量,其次考慮距離(li)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)泵的遠近和線徑大(da)小,以免壓降過(guo)大(da)造成(cheng)(cheng)電流(liu)增(zeng)高或跳(tiao)閘停機,過(guo)大(da)功率造成(cheng)(cheng)成(cheng)(cheng)本增(zeng)加和使(shi)用不便。電機過(guo)小,同時也滿足不了工程需要。
混凝(ning)(ning)土輸(shu)送泵功(gong)率(lv)、混凝(ning)(ning)土輸(shu)送泵出(chu)口壓力(li)、混凝(ning)(ning)土輸(shu)送泵輸(shu)送量之間(jian)的關系(xi)。
一(yi)臺(tai)混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的電(dian)機功率是決定出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)和輸(shu)(shu)送(song)方量(liang)的前(qian)提條件,在電(dian)機功率一(yi)定的情況下,壓(ya)力(li)的升高必(bi)將(jiang)使輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)降低;相反(fan),降低出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li),將(jiang)會使輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)增加。
為了保證混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)既(ji)要(yao)有較(jiao)大輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量,又能有一定的(de)(de)出口壓力和與(yu)(yu)之相匹(pi)配的(de)(de)經濟功(gong)率(lv),在混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)設計(ji)中,大都(dou)采用(yong)了恒(heng)功(gong)率(lv)柱塞泵(beng);即恒(heng)功(gong)率(lv)值(zhi)選定后(hou),當出口壓力升高時(shi),油泵(beng)輸(shu)(shu)出排(pai)量會自(zi)動降低,達到與(yu)(yu)功(gong)率(lv)設計(ji)相對應的(de)(de)值(zhi);如果既(ji)要(yao)達到出口壓力高,又想得到輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量大的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)。惟一的(de)(de)途(tu)徑就是增加電機功(gong)率(lv)。
因此,在(zai)國家新標準中,引用(yong)(yong)了混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)能(neng)力(li)(li)指數概念(以MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單(dan)位);即混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)實際出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)(li)與(yu)每(mei)小時實際輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)之(zhi)乘(cheng)積,該(gai)值(zhi)越(yue)大(da),其能(neng)力(li)(li)指數也(ye)越(yue)大(da),電機的(de)功率(lv)也(ye)將越(yue)大(da),由此實現大(da)排量(liang)、高(gao)揚程的(de)目的(de)。科尼樂公司在(zai)設計(ji)(ji)時,還采用(yong)(yong)了高(gao)低壓(ya)切換的(de)功能(neng)設計(ji)(ji),以滿足不同的(de)施(shi)工要(yao)求,在(zai)經濟狀(zhuang)態下,又能(neng)產生較大(da)的(de)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang),或者以相同的(de)電機功率(lv),產生較高(gao)的(de)出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)(li)。
