選擇(ze)多(duo)大(da)(da)電機(ji)混凝土泵(beng),首先(xian)要(yao)考慮變壓(ya)器容量,其次(ci)考慮距離混凝土泵(beng)的遠近和(he)線(xian)徑大(da)(da)小(xiao),以免壓(ya)降過大(da)(da)造(zao)成電流增高或跳閘停機(ji),過大(da)(da)功率(lv)造(zao)成成本增加(jia)和(he)使用不便。電機(ji)過小(xiao),同時也滿(man)足不了工程需要(yao)。

一(yi)臺混凝土輸送泵的(de)電機功(gong)率是決定(ding)出口壓力(li)和輸送方量(liang)的(de)前提條件,在電機功(gong)率一(yi)定(ding)的(de)情況(kuang)下,壓力(li)的(de)升高必將(jiang)使輸送量(liang)降低(di);相反,降低(di)出口壓力(li),將(jiang)會使輸送量(liang)增加(jia)。
為了保證混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵既要有(you)較大輸(shu)送(song)量,又能有(you)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)出口壓力和與(yu)之相匹配的(de)經濟功率(lv),在混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)設(she)計中,大都采(cai)用(yong)了恒(heng)功率(lv)柱(zhu)塞泵;即恒(heng)功率(lv)值(zhi)選定(ding)后,當出口壓力升高時,油泵輸(shu)出排量會自動降低,達到(dao)與(yu)功率(lv)設(she)計相對應的(de)值(zhi);如(ru)果(guo)既要達到(dao)出口壓力高,又想得到(dao)輸(shu)送(song)量大的(de)目的(de)。惟一(yi)的(de)途徑(jing)就是(shi)增(zeng)加電機功率(lv)。
因此,在國家新標(biao)準中(zhong),引用了混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)送泵(beng)的(de)能(neng)(neng)力指(zhi)數(shu)概(gai)念(以MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)(liang)單(dan)位);即混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)送泵(beng)的(de)實際出(chu)口壓(ya)力與每小時(shi)實際輸(shu)送量(liang)(liang)之(zhi)乘積,該值(zhi)越大(da)(da),其能(neng)(neng)力指(zhi)數(shu)也越大(da)(da),電(dian)機(ji)的(de)功率也將越大(da)(da),由此實現大(da)(da)排量(liang)(liang)、高揚程的(de)目(mu)的(de)。科尼樂公(gong)司在設(she)計時(shi),還采用了高低(di)壓(ya)切換的(de)功能(neng)(neng)設(she)計,以滿足不同(tong)的(de)施(shi)工要求,在經濟狀態下(xia),又能(neng)(neng)產(chan)生較大(da)(da)的(de)輸(shu)送量(liang)(liang),或(huo)者以相同(tong)的(de)電(dian)機(ji)功率,產(chan)生較高的(de)出(chu)口壓(ya)力。
