隨(sui)著(zhu)現代(dai)工(gong)(gong)業的(de)(de)興起,以混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)為主材料(liao)的(de)(de)建(jian)設(she)方式已經成為了建(jian)筑業施工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)主要構造之一(yi),在各種(zhong)工(gong)(gong)程施工(gong)(gong)建(jian)設(she)中(zhong)占據了很(hen)大的(de)(de)比例(li),使(shi)得混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)機(ji)械的(de)(de)發展經久不衰,且有越演越烈的(de)(de)形(xing)勢(shi)。拖(tuo)式混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)泵(beng),簡(jian)稱(cheng)拖(tuo)泵(beng),是各種(zhong)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)機(ji)械中(zhong)的(de)(de)一(yi)種(zhong),用(yong)于混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)施工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)的(de)(de)輸送(song)和澆注工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。

選(xuan)擇多(duo)大(da)(da)(da)電(dian)機(ji)混凝土(tu)泵,首先要考慮(lv)變壓器容量,其次考慮(lv)距離(li)混凝土(tu)泵的遠近(jin)和線徑(jing)大(da)(da)(da)小(xiao),以(yi)免壓降(jiang)過大(da)(da)(da)造(zao)成(cheng)電(dian)流增高或(huo)跳閘停機(ji),過大(da)(da)(da)功率(lv)造(zao)成(cheng)成(cheng)本增加和使用不便(bian)。電(dian)機(ji)過小(xiao),同時也滿足不了工程需要。

一(yi)臺混凝土輸(shu)送泵的電機功(gong)率(lv)是(shi)決定出口壓力(li)和輸(shu)送方量(liang)的前提條件,在電機功(gong)率(lv)一(yi)定的情況(kuang)下,壓力(li)的升高必將(jiang)使輸(shu)送量(liang)降低;相(xiang)反,降低出口壓力(li),將(jiang)會使輸(shu)送量(liang)增(zeng)加(jia)。
為了(le)保(bao)證混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)輸送泵(beng)既要(yao)有較大輸送量(liang),又能有一定(ding)的(de)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓力和與之相(xiang)匹配的(de)經濟功(gong)(gong)(gong)率,在混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)輸送泵(beng)的(de)設(she)計中,大都采用了(le)恒功(gong)(gong)(gong)率柱塞泵(beng);即恒功(gong)(gong)(gong)率值(zhi)選定(ding)后,當出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓力升高時,油泵(beng)輸出(chu)(chu)排量(liang)會自(zi)動降低,達(da)到(dao)與功(gong)(gong)(gong)率設(she)計相(xiang)對應的(de)值(zhi);如果既要(yao)達(da)到(dao)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓力高,又想得(de)到(dao)輸送量(liang)大的(de)目(mu)的(de)。惟一的(de)途徑就是增加電機功(gong)(gong)(gong)率。
因此,在國家新標(biao)準(zhun)中,引用(yong)了(le)混凝土輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)能(neng)力(li)指數概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為(wei)度(du)量(liang)(liang)單(dan)位(wei));即混凝土輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)實際出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)與每小時實際輸送(song)量(liang)(liang)之乘(cheng)積,該值(zhi)越大(da)(da),其(qi)能(neng)力(li)指數也越大(da)(da),電機(ji)的(de)(de)功率也將(jiang)越大(da)(da),由(you)此實現(xian)大(da)(da)排量(liang)(liang)、高揚程的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)。科尼樂公司在設計時,還(huan)采(cai)用(yong)了(le)高低(di)壓(ya)切換的(de)(de)功能(neng)設計,以(yi)滿足不(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)施工要求,在經濟狀(zhuang)態(tai)下,又能(neng)產(chan)生(sheng)較大(da)(da)的(de)(de)輸送(song)量(liang)(liang),或者以(yi)相同(tong)的(de)(de)電機(ji)功率,產(chan)生(sheng)較高的(de)(de)出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)。
