一臺混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)電機功率是決定出口壓(ya)力(li)和輸(shu)送(song)方(fang)量(liang)(liang)的(de)前提條(tiao)件,在電機功率一定的(de)情況下,壓(ya)力(li)的(de)升(sheng)高必(bi)將使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang)降低;相反,降低出口壓(ya)力(li),將會使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang)增加。
為了(le)保(bao)證混凝(ning)土(tu)輸送泵既要有較大(da)輸送量,又(you)能(neng)有一(yi)定(ding)的出口(kou)壓力(li)和與(yu)之相匹配的經(jing)濟功率(lv),在混凝(ning)土(tu)輸送泵的設計(ji)中,大(da)都采用(yong)了(le)恒(heng)功率(lv)柱塞泵;即恒(heng)功率(lv)值選定(ding)后,當出口(kou)壓力(li)升高(gao)時,油泵輸出排量會(hui)自動降低,達(da)到(dao)與(yu)功率(lv)設計(ji)相對應的值;如果既要達(da)到(dao)出口(kou)壓力(li)高(gao),又(you)想得到(dao)輸送量大(da)的目的。惟一(yi)的途(tu)徑(jing)就(jiu)是增加電機功率(lv)。
因此,在(zai)國家(jia)新標準中,引用(yong)了混凝土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)能力(li)指數(shu)概(gai)念(nian)(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為(wei)度量單(dan)位);即混凝土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)實際出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)與(yu)每(mei)小(xiao)時(shi)實際輸(shu)送(song)(song)量之乘積,該值越(yue)(yue)大,其能力(li)指數(shu)也(ye)越(yue)(yue)大,電機的(de)(de)(de)(de)功率也(ye)將越(yue)(yue)大,由此實現大排(pai)量、高(gao)(gao)揚(yang)程的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)。科尼樂公(gong)司在(zai)設計(ji)時(shi),還采用(yong)了高(gao)(gao)低壓(ya)切換的(de)(de)(de)(de)功能設計(ji),以(yi)滿(man)足不(bu)同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)施工要求,在(zai)經濟狀態下,又(you)能產生較大的(de)(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量,或(huo)者以(yi)相同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電機功率,產生較高(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)。
