選(xuan)擇多(duo)大(da)電(dian)(dian)機混(hun)凝土泵,首先(xian)要考慮(lv)變壓(ya)器容量,其次考慮(lv)距離混(hun)凝土泵的(de)遠近(jin)和線徑大(da)小,以免(mian)壓(ya)降(jiang)過(guo)(guo)大(da)造成電(dian)(dian)流增(zeng)高或跳閘停機,過(guo)(guo)大(da)功率造成成本增(zeng)加和使用不便。電(dian)(dian)機過(guo)(guo)小,同(tong)時(shi)也(ye)滿足不了工程需要。
混(hun)凝土輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)功(gong)率、混(hun)凝土輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)出口壓力、混(hun)凝土輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)量之間的關系(xi)。
一(yi)臺混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)電(dian)機功率是(shi)決定出口(kou)壓力(li)和輸(shu)送(song)方量的(de)前(qian)提條件,在電(dian)機功率一(yi)定的(de)情(qing)況下(xia),壓力(li)的(de)升高必(bi)將使輸(shu)送(song)量降低;相(xiang)反,降低出口(kou)壓力(li),將會使輸(shu)送(song)量增加。
為了(le)保(bao)證混凝土(tu)輸送(song)(song)泵(beng)既要有較大(da)輸送(song)(song)量,又(you)能有一定(ding)的(de)(de)出口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)和與之相匹(pi)配的(de)(de)經濟功(gong)(gong)率(lv),在混凝土(tu)輸送(song)(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)設計中,大(da)都采用(yong)了(le)恒功(gong)(gong)率(lv)柱塞泵(beng);即(ji)恒功(gong)(gong)率(lv)值選定(ding)后(hou),當出口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)升高時,油泵(beng)輸出排量會自動降(jiang)低,達(da)到與功(gong)(gong)率(lv)設計相對應(ying)的(de)(de)值;如(ru)果既要達(da)到出口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)高,又(you)想得(de)到輸送(song)(song)量大(da)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。惟一的(de)(de)途徑就(jiu)是增加(jia)電機(ji)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)。
因此,在國家新標準中,引用了混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)能力(li)指(zhi)數概念(以MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位);即混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)實(shi)際(ji)出口(kou)壓力(li)與每小(xiao)時實(shi)際(ji)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)之乘積,該值越大(da),其能力(li)指(zhi)數也越大(da),電機的(de)功(gong)率(lv)也將越大(da),由此實(shi)現大(da)排量(liang)、高(gao)揚程的(de)目的(de)。科尼樂(le)公(gong)司在設計時,還采用了高(gao)低壓切換的(de)功(gong)能設計,以滿足不(bu)同的(de)施工要(yao)求,在經濟狀態下,又能產生較(jiao)大(da)的(de)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang),或者(zhe)以相同的(de)電機功(gong)率(lv),產生較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)出口(kou)壓力(li)。
