選擇(ze)多(duo)大電(dian)機混凝土(tu)泵,首先要考(kao)慮變壓(ya)(ya)器容(rong)量(liang),其次考(kao)慮距離混凝土(tu)泵的遠(yuan)近(jin)和(he)線徑大小(xiao)(xiao),以(yi)免壓(ya)(ya)降過大造(zao)成電(dian)流增高或跳閘停機,過大功(gong)率造(zao)成成本增加和(he)使用不(bu)(bu)便。電(dian)機過小(xiao)(xiao),同時也滿足不(bu)(bu)了工程需要。

一(yi)臺混凝土輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)電機(ji)功率是決定出口壓(ya)(ya)力和輸送(song)方量的(de)(de)前提條(tiao)件,在電機(ji)功率一(yi)定的(de)(de)情(qing)況下,壓(ya)(ya)力的(de)(de)升(sheng)高必將(jiang)使(shi)(shi)輸送(song)量降低(di);相(xiang)反,降低(di)出口壓(ya)(ya)力,將(jiang)會使(shi)(shi)輸送(song)量增加(jia)。
為了(le)保(bao)證混(hun)(hun)凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵既要有較大輸(shu)送(song)量,又能有一定(ding)的出口壓力(li)和與(yu)之相(xiang)匹配(pei)的經濟(ji)功(gong)率(lv),在混(hun)(hun)凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的設計中,大都采用(yong)了(le)恒(heng)功(gong)率(lv)柱(zhu)塞泵;即(ji)恒(heng)功(gong)率(lv)值(zhi)選(xuan)定(ding)后,當出口壓力(li)升(sheng)高時,油泵輸(shu)出排量會(hui)自動(dong)降(jiang)低,達到(dao)與(yu)功(gong)率(lv)設計相(xiang)對應(ying)的值(zhi);如果既要達到(dao)出口壓力(li)高,又想得到(dao)輸(shu)送(song)量大的目的。惟一的途(tu)徑就是增(zeng)加(jia)電機功(gong)率(lv)。
因此(ci),在國家新標(biao)準中,引用了混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)能力指數概念(以MPa·m3/h為(wei)度(du)量(liang)單位(wei));即混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)實際(ji)出口(kou)壓力與每小時實際(ji)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)之乘積,該(gai)值越(yue)大(da),其(qi)能力指數也越(yue)大(da),電機的(de)(de)功率(lv)(lv)也將越(yue)大(da),由此(ci)實現大(da)排量(liang)、高(gao)(gao)揚(yang)程的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)。科(ke)尼樂公(gong)司在設計(ji)時,還采用了高(gao)(gao)低壓切換的(de)(de)功能設計(ji),以滿足不同的(de)(de)施工要求,在經濟狀態(tai)下(xia),又能產(chan)生較大(da)的(de)(de)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang),或者以相同的(de)(de)電機功率(lv)(lv),產(chan)生較高(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)出口(kou)壓力。
