一(yi)(yi)臺(tai)混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)率是決定出口壓力(li)和(he)輸(shu)送(song)(song)方量的(de)前提條件,在電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)率一(yi)(yi)定的(de)情況下,壓力(li)的(de)升高(gao)必將(jiang)使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量降低;相(xiang)反,降低出口壓力(li),將(jiang)會使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量增加。

因此(ci),在(zai)國家(jia)新標(biao)準中,引用了(le)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵的能力指數概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為(wei)度(du)量(liang)單(dan)位(wei));即混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵的實(shi)際(ji)出口壓力與(yu)每小時實(shi)際(ji)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)之乘積,該值越(yue)(yue)大,其能力指數也(ye)越(yue)(yue)大,電機的功率也(ye)將越(yue)(yue)大,由(you)此(ci)實(shi)現(xian)大排量(liang)、高揚程的目的。科尼樂公司在(zai)設計(ji)時,還采(cai)用了(le)高低(di)壓切(qie)換的功能設計(ji),以(yi)滿足不同(tong)的施(shi)工要求,在(zai)經濟狀態下,又能產生(sheng)較(jiao)(jiao)大的輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang),或者以(yi)相同(tong)的電機功率,產生(sheng)較(jiao)(jiao)高的出口壓力。
