隨著現(xian)代工(gong)(gong)業(ye)的(de)(de)興起,以(yi)混(hun)凝土(tu)為(wei)主材料的(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)設方式(shi)已經成為(wei)了建(jian)(jian)筑業(ye)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)主要構造之一,在各(ge)種工(gong)(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)(gong)建(jian)(jian)設中占據(ju)了很大(da)的(de)(de)比例,使得混(hun)凝土(tu)機(ji)械(xie)(xie)的(de)(de)發展經久不衰(shuai),且有越演越烈的(de)(de)形(xing)勢。拖式(shi)混(hun)凝土(tu)泵,簡稱拖泵,是各(ge)種混(hun)凝土(tu)機(ji)械(xie)(xie)中的(de)(de)一種,用(yong)于混(hun)凝土(tu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)中的(de)(de)輸送和澆(jiao)注工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。

選擇多大電機混凝(ning)土泵(beng),首先(xian)要考(kao)慮變壓器容量(liang),其(qi)次考(kao)慮距(ju)離(li)混凝(ning)土泵(beng)的遠近和線徑大小(xiao),以免壓降(jiang)過大造(zao)成(cheng)電流增高(gao)或跳閘停機,過大功率造(zao)成(cheng)成(cheng)本(ben)增加和使用不(bu)便。電機過小(xiao),同(tong)時也(ye)滿足不(bu)了工程需(xu)要。

一臺混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送泵的(de)電(dian)機功率(lv)是決定出(chu)口壓力(li)和輸(shu)(shu)送方量(liang)的(de)前提條件,在電(dian)機功率(lv)一定的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia),壓力(li)的(de)升(sheng)高(gao)必將使輸(shu)(shu)送量(liang)降(jiang)低;相(xiang)反(fan),降(jiang)低出(chu)口壓力(li),將會(hui)使輸(shu)(shu)送量(liang)增加(jia)。
為了(le)保證混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送泵既(ji)(ji)要有(you)較(jiao)大輸(shu)(shu)送量(liang),又能有(you)一定的(de)出(chu)口壓(ya)力和與之(zhi)相(xiang)匹(pi)配(pei)的(de)經濟功(gong)(gong)率,在混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送泵的(de)設(she)計(ji)中,大都(dou)采用了(le)恒功(gong)(gong)率柱塞泵;即恒功(gong)(gong)率值選定后,當(dang)出(chu)口壓(ya)力升(sheng)高時,油泵輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)排量(liang)會自動降低,達(da)到(dao)與功(gong)(gong)率設(she)計(ji)相(xiang)對應的(de)值;如果既(ji)(ji)要達(da)到(dao)出(chu)口壓(ya)力高,又想得到(dao)輸(shu)(shu)送量(liang)大的(de)目的(de)。惟一的(de)途徑(jing)就(jiu)是增加電機(ji)功(gong)(gong)率。
因(yin)此,在(zai)國家新標準中,引用了混凝(ning)土輸送(song)(song)(song)泵的(de)能(neng)力(li)(li)指數概念(nian)(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位);即(ji)混凝(ning)土輸送(song)(song)(song)泵的(de)實(shi)際(ji)(ji)出口壓力(li)(li)與每小時(shi)實(shi)際(ji)(ji)輸送(song)(song)(song)量(liang)之乘積,該值越(yue)大(da),其能(neng)力(li)(li)指數也越(yue)大(da),電機(ji)的(de)功率也將越(yue)大(da),由(you)此實(shi)現大(da)排量(liang)、高揚程的(de)目的(de)。科尼樂公(gong)司(si)在(zai)設計(ji)(ji)時(shi),還采用了高低壓切換的(de)功能(neng)設計(ji)(ji),以(yi)滿足不同的(de)施(shi)工要求(qiu),在(zai)經(jing)濟(ji)狀態下,又(you)能(neng)產(chan)生較(jiao)大(da)的(de)輸送(song)(song)(song)量(liang),或(huo)者以(yi)相同的(de)電機(ji)功率,產(chan)生較(jiao)高的(de)出口壓力(li)(li)。
