隨著現(xian)代工(gong)(gong)(gong)業的興起,以(yi)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)為主材料的建設方式已經成(cheng)為了建筑業施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的主要(yao)構造之(zhi)一,在各種(zhong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)建設中占據了很大的比例,使得混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)機(ji)械(xie)(xie)的發(fa)展經久(jiu)不衰,且有(you)越(yue)演越(yue)烈的形勢。拖式混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)泵,簡稱拖泵,是(shi)各種(zhong)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)機(ji)械(xie)(xie)中的一種(zhong),用于(yu)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中的輸送(song)和澆注工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。
拖泵分類選型
37千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(目前國(guo)內標準混凝土泵,37千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)以下為細石砂漿泵)、45千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)、55千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)、75千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)、90千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)、110千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)、130千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(柴油)、132千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)、162千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(柴油)、174千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(柴油)等。
選擇多大電(dian)機混(hun)凝土泵,首先要(yao)考(kao)(kao)慮(lv)(lv)變壓器容量,其次(ci)考(kao)(kao)慮(lv)(lv)距離混(hun)凝土泵的遠近(jin)和線徑大小,以(yi)免壓降過大造(zao)成電(dian)流增高或(huo)跳閘停機,過大功(gong)率造(zao)成成本增加和使用不便。電(dian)機過小,同時也滿足不了工程需要(yao)。

一臺混凝土(tu)輸送泵的電機功(gong)率(lv)是(shi)決定出(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)力和輸送方量的前提條件,在電機功(gong)率(lv)一定的情(qing)況(kuang)下,壓(ya)力的升高必將使輸送量降低(di);相反(fan),降低(di)出(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)力,將會(hui)使輸送量增加(jia)。
為了(le)保證混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)既(ji)要(yao)有(you)較大(da)(da)(da)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang),又(you)能有(you)一定的(de)(de)出口壓力(li)(li)和(he)與之相匹配的(de)(de)經濟功率,在混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)設計中,大(da)(da)(da)都采用了(le)恒(heng)功率柱(zhu)塞泵(beng);即恒(heng)功率值選定后,當出口壓力(li)(li)升高(gao)時,油泵(beng)輸(shu)出排(pai)量(liang)會自動降低,達到與功率設計相對應(ying)的(de)(de)值;如(ru)果既(ji)要(yao)達到出口壓力(li)(li)高(gao),又(you)想得到輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)大(da)(da)(da)的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)。惟一的(de)(de)途徑就是增加電(dian)機功率。
因此(ci),在國家新標準(zhun)中,引用了(le)混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)(de)能(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數概念(以MPa·m3/h為度量單位(wei));即混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)(de)實際出(chu)口壓(ya)(ya)力(li)與每(mei)小時(shi)實際輸(shu)送(song)(song)量之乘積,該值越大(da),其(qi)能(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數也(ye)越大(da),電機的(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率也(ye)將越大(da),由此(ci)實現大(da)排量、高揚程的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)。科(ke)尼樂公司在設(she)(she)計(ji)時(shi),還采用了(le)高低壓(ya)(ya)切換的(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)設(she)(she)計(ji),以滿足不(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)施工要求,在經濟狀(zhuang)態(tai)下,又(you)能(neng)產生較(jiao)大(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量,或(huo)者以相同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電機功(gong)(gong)(gong)率,產生較(jiao)高的(de)(de)(de)(de)出(chu)口壓(ya)(ya)力(li)。
