選(xuan)擇多大電機(ji)混凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)泵(beng),首先(xian)要(yao)考(kao)慮變(bian)壓器容(rong)量,其次(ci)考(kao)慮距離混凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)泵(beng)的遠近和(he)線(xian)徑大小(xiao),以免壓降過(guo)大造(zao)成(cheng)電流增高或跳閘停機(ji),過(guo)大功率(lv)造(zao)成(cheng)成(cheng)本增加和(he)使(shi)用(yong)不(bu)便。電機(ji)過(guo)小(xiao),同(tong)時也滿足不(bu)了工程需要(yao)。

一(yi)臺(tai)混凝土輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)泵(beng)的電機(ji)功率是決定出口壓(ya)力(li)(li)和(he)輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)方(fang)量(liang)(liang)的前提條件,在電機(ji)功率一(yi)定的情況(kuang)下,壓(ya)力(li)(li)的升(sheng)高(gao)必將使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)量(liang)(liang)降(jiang)低(di);相反,降(jiang)低(di)出口壓(ya)力(li)(li),將會使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)量(liang)(liang)增加(jia)。
為了保證(zheng)混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)既(ji)要有(you)較大輸(shu)送(song)量,又(you)能有(you)一定(ding)的(de)出口壓(ya)力和與(yu)之(zhi)相匹配的(de)經濟功(gong)率(lv),在(zai)混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)設計中,大都采用了恒功(gong)率(lv)柱塞泵(beng);即(ji)恒功(gong)率(lv)值選定(ding)后,當出口壓(ya)力升(sheng)高(gao)(gao)時,油泵(beng)輸(shu)出排量會自動降低,達到與(yu)功(gong)率(lv)設計相對應的(de)值;如果既(ji)要達到出口壓(ya)力高(gao)(gao),又(you)想得(de)到輸(shu)送(song)量大的(de)目的(de)。惟(wei)一的(de)途(tu)徑就是增加電機功(gong)率(lv)。
因此,在(zai)國(guo)家新標準中,引用(yong)(yong)了(le)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)能(neng)力指數(shu)概(gai)念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度(du)量(liang)單位);即(ji)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)實(shi)際(ji)出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力與每(mei)小時實(shi)際(ji)輸送(song)量(liang)之乘(cheng)積(ji),該(gai)值越(yue)(yue)大(da)(da),其能(neng)力指數(shu)也越(yue)(yue)大(da)(da),電(dian)機的(de)(de)功(gong)率也將(jiang)越(yue)(yue)大(da)(da),由此實(shi)現大(da)(da)排量(liang)、高(gao)(gao)揚程的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)。科尼樂公司在(zai)設(she)計(ji)時,還采(cai)用(yong)(yong)了(le)高(gao)(gao)低壓(ya)切換的(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng)設(she)計(ji),以(yi)滿足不同(tong)的(de)(de)施工要求,在(zai)經(jing)濟狀態下,又能(neng)產生(sheng)(sheng)較大(da)(da)的(de)(de)輸送(song)量(liang),或(huo)者以(yi)相同(tong)的(de)(de)電(dian)機功(gong)率,產生(sheng)(sheng)較高(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力。
