隨著現代(dai)工(gong)業的(de)(de)(de)興起,以(yi)混凝(ning)土(tu)為主材料(liao)的(de)(de)(de)建(jian)設方式(shi)(shi)已經成為了(le)建(jian)筑業施工(gong)的(de)(de)(de)主要(yao)構(gou)造之一,在(zai)各種(zhong)工(gong)程施工(gong)建(jian)設中(zhong)占據了(le)很大的(de)(de)(de)比例(li),使(shi)得混凝(ning)土(tu)機械的(de)(de)(de)發展經久不(bu)衰,且有越演越烈的(de)(de)(de)形勢。拖式(shi)(shi)混凝(ning)土(tu)泵(beng),簡稱拖泵(beng),是(shi)各種(zhong)混凝(ning)土(tu)機械中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)一種(zhong),用于混凝(ning)土(tu)施工(gong)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)輸送和澆(jiao)注工(gong)作。

選擇多大電機(ji)混凝(ning)土(tu)泵,首先要考(kao)慮變壓(ya)器(qi)容量,其次(ci)考(kao)慮距離混凝(ning)土(tu)泵的遠近(jin)和線徑大小(xiao),以免壓(ya)降(jiang)過大造成電流增(zeng)高或跳閘停機(ji),過大功率造成成本增(zeng)加和使(shi)用不(bu)便(bian)。電機(ji)過小(xiao),同時也滿足不(bu)了(le)工程需要。

一臺混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵的電機功率(lv)是(shi)決定(ding)出(chu)(chu)口壓力(li)和輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)方量的前(qian)提條件,在電機功率(lv)一定(ding)的情況下,壓力(li)的升高必(bi)將使(shi)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量降低;相(xiang)反,降低出(chu)(chu)口壓力(li),將會使(shi)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量增加。
為了(le)保證混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵既要有(you)較大(da)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang),又能(neng)有(you)一(yi)定的出(chu)口壓(ya)力和(he)與之相匹配的經濟功(gong)率,在(zai)混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵的設計中(zhong),大(da)都采用了(le)恒(heng)功(gong)率柱塞泵;即恒(heng)功(gong)率值(zhi)選(xuan)定后,當(dang)出(chu)口壓(ya)力升(sheng)高時,油泵輸(shu)出(chu)排量(liang)(liang)會自動降低,達(da)到(dao)(dao)與功(gong)率設計相對應的值(zhi);如果既要達(da)到(dao)(dao)出(chu)口壓(ya)力高,又想得到(dao)(dao)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang)大(da)的目的。惟一(yi)的途徑(jing)就是增加電(dian)機功(gong)率。
因此,在國家新標準中,引用了混凝土(tu)輸送泵的能(neng)力(li)(li)指(zhi)數(shu)概念(以MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位);即混凝土(tu)輸送泵的實際(ji)出口壓力(li)(li)與(yu)每小(xiao)時實際(ji)輸送量(liang)之乘積,該值越(yue)大(da),其能(neng)力(li)(li)指(zhi)數(shu)也(ye)越(yue)大(da),電機的功率(lv)(lv)也(ye)將越(yue)大(da),由此實現(xian)大(da)排量(liang)、高(gao)揚程的目的。科尼樂公司在設(she)計時,還采用了高(gao)低壓切換(huan)的功能(neng)設(she)計,以滿足不同的施(shi)工要求,在經濟狀(zhuang)態下,又能(neng)產(chan)生較大(da)的輸送量(liang),或者以相同的電機功率(lv)(lv),產(chan)生較高(gao)的出口壓力(li)(li)。
