選擇(ze)多大電機混(hun)凝土泵(beng),首先(xian)要考(kao)慮變壓器容量,其次考(kao)慮距離混(hun)凝土泵(beng)的(de)遠近(jin)和線徑(jing)大小(xiao),以免(mian)壓降過大造成電流增高或跳(tiao)閘停機,過大功率造成成本增加和使用不便。電機過小(xiao),同(tong)時(shi)也滿(man)足不了工(gong)程需要。

一(yi)臺混凝土(tu)輸送泵的電機功(gong)率是決定出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力和輸送方量(liang)(liang)的前提(ti)條件,在電機功(gong)率一(yi)定的情況下(xia),壓(ya)力的升高必將使(shi)輸送量(liang)(liang)降(jiang)低(di);相反,降(jiang)低(di)出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力,將會使(shi)輸送量(liang)(liang)增加。
為了保證混凝土輸送泵(beng)既(ji)(ji)要有(you)較大(da)輸送量(liang),又(you)能有(you)一定(ding)的出口壓力(li)和(he)與之相匹配(pei)的經濟功(gong)率(lv),在(zai)混凝土輸送泵(beng)的設計(ji)中(zhong),大(da)都(dou)采用了恒功(gong)率(lv)柱(zhu)塞泵(beng);即恒功(gong)率(lv)值選定(ding)后,當出口壓力(li)升(sheng)高時,油泵(beng)輸出排量(liang)會(hui)自動(dong)降低,達(da)到(dao)(dao)與功(gong)率(lv)設計(ji)相對應的值;如果既(ji)(ji)要達(da)到(dao)(dao)出口壓力(li)高,又(you)想得到(dao)(dao)輸送量(liang)大(da)的目(mu)的。惟一的途(tu)徑就是增加電機功(gong)率(lv)。
因此,在國家新標準(zhun)中,引用(yong)(yong)了混凝土輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的(de)能力(li)(li)指(zhi)數概念(nian)(以(yi)(yi)MPa·m3/h為(wei)度量(liang)單位);即混凝土輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的(de)實際出(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)力(li)(li)與每小時實際輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)之乘積,該(gai)值越大(da),其能力(li)(li)指(zhi)數也(ye)越大(da),電機的(de)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)也(ye)將(jiang)越大(da),由此實現大(da)排量(liang)、高揚程的(de)目的(de)。科尼樂公(gong)司在設計時,還采用(yong)(yong)了高低壓(ya)切換的(de)功(gong)(gong)能設計,以(yi)(yi)滿(man)足不同的(de)施工要求(qiu),在經濟狀態下(xia),又能產生較(jiao)大(da)的(de)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang),或者以(yi)(yi)相同的(de)電機功(gong)(gong)率(lv),產生較(jiao)高的(de)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)力(li)(li)。
