隨著現代工(gong)(gong)(gong)業的(de)興起(qi),以混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)為主材料的(de)建設方式(shi)已經(jing)成為了建筑業施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)主要構(gou)造之一(yi),在各(ge)種(zhong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)建設中(zhong)(zhong)占據(ju)了很大的(de)比例,使得(de)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)機械(xie)的(de)發展經(jing)久不衰,且(qie)有(you)越(yue)演越(yue)烈的(de)形勢(shi)。拖式(shi)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)泵,簡稱拖泵,是(shi)各(ge)種(zhong)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)機械(xie)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)一(yi)種(zhong),用于(yu)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)輸送和澆注(zhu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。
拖泵分類選型
37千(qian)(qian)瓦(目前國內(nei)標準混凝土泵,37千(qian)(qian)瓦以(yi)下為細(xi)石砂漿泵)、45千(qian)(qian)瓦、55千(qian)(qian)瓦、75千(qian)(qian)瓦、90千(qian)(qian)瓦、110千(qian)(qian)瓦、130千(qian)(qian)瓦(柴(chai)(chai)油(you))、132千(qian)(qian)瓦、162千(qian)(qian)瓦(柴(chai)(chai)油(you))、174千(qian)(qian)瓦(柴(chai)(chai)油(you))等。
選擇多大(da)電機(ji)混凝土泵,首(shou)先(xian)要考慮變壓器容量,其次考慮距離混凝土泵的遠近和線徑大(da)小,以免壓降過大(da)造成電流增(zeng)高(gao)或跳閘(zha)停機(ji),過大(da)功率造成成本增(zeng)加和使用(yong)不(bu)便(bian)。電機(ji)過小,同時也滿足(zu)不(bu)了(le)工(gong)程需要。

一(yi)臺混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)電機(ji)功率(lv)是決定(ding)出口壓(ya)力(li)和輸(shu)送(song)方量(liang)的(de)(de)前提(ti)條(tiao)件,在電機(ji)功率(lv)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)情況下,壓(ya)力(li)的(de)(de)升高必將使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)降低(di);相(xiang)反,降低(di)出口壓(ya)力(li),將會使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)增加。
為了(le)保證混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵既要有(you)較大輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang),又(you)能有(you)一定的(de)出口壓力(li)和與(yu)之(zhi)相匹配的(de)經濟功(gong)(gong)率(lv),在混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)設(she)計(ji)中(zhong),大都采用了(le)恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)柱塞泵;即恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)值(zhi)選定后,當出口壓力(li)升高時,油(you)泵輸(shu)(shu)出排量(liang)會自動降低(di),達到與(yu)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)設(she)計(ji)相對應的(de)值(zhi);如(ru)果既要達到出口壓力(li)高,又(you)想得到輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)大的(de)目(mu)的(de)。惟一的(de)途(tu)徑就是增(zeng)加(jia)電機(ji)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)。
因此,在(zai)國家新標準中,引用(yong)了混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)送泵的能力指(zhi)數概念(nian)(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為(wei)度量單位(wei));即混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)送泵的實際出口(kou)壓力與每小時實際輸(shu)送量之乘(cheng)積,該值越(yue)大(da)(da),其能力指(zhi)數也越(yue)大(da)(da),電機(ji)的功率(lv)也將越(yue)大(da)(da),由(you)此實現大(da)(da)排(pai)量、高揚程的目的。科尼樂(le)公司在(zai)設計時,還采(cai)用(yong)了高低壓切換的功能設計,以(yi)滿足不同的施(shi)工要求,在(zai)經濟狀態下,又能產生(sheng)(sheng)較(jiao)大(da)(da)的輸(shu)送量,或者以(yi)相同的電機(ji)功率(lv),產生(sheng)(sheng)較(jiao)高的出口(kou)壓力。
