選擇多大電機混凝土泵,首先要考慮(lv)變壓器容量,其次(ci)考慮(lv)距(ju)離(li)混凝土泵的遠近和線徑大小(xiao),以免壓降過大造(zao)成(cheng)電流增高或跳閘(zha)停機,過大功(gong)率(lv)造(zao)成(cheng)成(cheng)本增加和使(shi)用不便。電機過小(xiao),同時也滿足不了工程需要。

一(yi)臺(tai)混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送泵的(de)(de)電機(ji)功率是決(jue)定出口壓力和輸(shu)送方(fang)量的(de)(de)前提條件,在(zai)電機(ji)功率一(yi)定的(de)(de)情況下,壓力的(de)(de)升高必(bi)將使輸(shu)送量降低(di);相(xiang)反(fan),降低(di)出口壓力,將會使輸(shu)送量增加(jia)。

因此(ci),在國家(jia)新(xin)標準中,引用了(le)混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)能(neng)力指數概念(以MPa·m3/h為度量單位);即(ji)混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)實際(ji)(ji)出口壓力與每小(xiao)時(shi)實際(ji)(ji)輸(shu)送(song)量之(zhi)乘(cheng)積,該(gai)值(zhi)越(yue)大,其能(neng)力指數也越(yue)大,電機的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)率也將越(yue)大,由(you)此(ci)實現大排量、高揚程的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。科尼樂公司在設計時(shi),還采用了(le)高低壓切(qie)換的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)能(neng)設計,以滿足不同的(de)(de)(de)施工要(yao)求,在經濟狀態下,又能(neng)產生較大的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)送(song)量,或者以相同的(de)(de)(de)電機功(gong)(gong)率,產生較高的(de)(de)(de)出口壓力。
