選擇多大(da)電機混(hun)凝土(tu)泵,首先要(yao)考慮變壓(ya)器容量,其次考慮距(ju)離混(hun)凝土(tu)泵的遠近和線徑大(da)小,以免壓(ya)降(jiang)過(guo)大(da)造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)電流增高或跳閘停機,過(guo)大(da)功率造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)增加(jia)和使用不便。電機過(guo)小,同時也滿足不了工程需要(yao)。

一(yi)臺混凝土輸(shu)送泵的電機功率(lv)是決定出口壓(ya)力(li)和(he)輸(shu)送方量(liang)的前提(ti)條件,在電機功率(lv)一(yi)定的情況下,壓(ya)力(li)的升高必將使(shi)輸(shu)送量(liang)降低;相(xiang)反,降低出口壓(ya)力(li),將會使(shi)輸(shu)送量(liang)增加。
為了保(bao)證混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵既要有較大(da)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang),又能有一(yi)定(ding)的(de)出口壓(ya)力和(he)與之(zhi)相(xiang)匹(pi)配(pei)的(de)經濟功(gong)(gong)率(lv),在混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)設(she)計(ji)中,大(da)都采用(yong)了恒(heng)(heng)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)柱塞泵;即恒(heng)(heng)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)值(zhi)選(xuan)定(ding)后,當出口壓(ya)力升高(gao)時,油泵輸(shu)出排量(liang)會自動降低,達到與功(gong)(gong)率(lv)設(she)計(ji)相(xiang)對應的(de)值(zhi);如果(guo)既要達到出口壓(ya)力高(gao),又想得(de)到輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)大(da)的(de)目的(de)。惟一(yi)的(de)途徑就是增加電機(ji)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)。
因此,在(zai)國家(jia)新標(biao)準中,引用(yong)了(le)混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)能(neng)力指數概念(以MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位);即混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)實際出(chu)口壓(ya)(ya)力與每小(xiao)時實際輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)之乘積,該值越(yue)大(da)(da),其能(neng)力指數也越(yue)大(da)(da),電機(ji)的(de)(de)功率也將越(yue)大(da)(da),由此實現(xian)大(da)(da)排量(liang)、高揚程的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科尼樂公司在(zai)設計時,還采用(yong)了(le)高低壓(ya)(ya)切換的(de)(de)功能(neng)設計,以滿足不(bu)同的(de)(de)施工要求,在(zai)經濟(ji)狀態下(xia),又能(neng)產生(sheng)較(jiao)大(da)(da)的(de)(de)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang),或者以相同的(de)(de)電機(ji)功率,產生(sheng)較(jiao)高的(de)(de)出(chu)口壓(ya)(ya)力。
