一臺混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)電機(ji)功率是決定出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)和輸(shu)送(song)方量(liang)的(de)前提條件,在(zai)電機(ji)功率一定的(de)情況(kuang)下(xia),壓(ya)力(li)的(de)升高必將(jiang)使輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)降低(di);相(xiang)反,降低(di)出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li),將(jiang)會使輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)增加。
為(wei)了(le)保(bao)證混凝土輸送(song)(song)泵(beng)既要有(you)較大(da)(da)輸送(song)(song)量,又(you)能有(you)一定的(de)出口(kou)壓力和與之(zhi)相匹配的(de)經(jing)濟功(gong)率,在(zai)混凝土輸送(song)(song)泵(beng)的(de)設計中,大(da)(da)都(dou)采用了(le)恒功(gong)率柱塞泵(beng);即(ji)恒功(gong)率值選定后(hou),當出口(kou)壓力升高時(shi),油(you)泵(beng)輸出排(pai)量會自動降低,達到與功(gong)率設計相對應的(de)值;如果(guo)既要達到出口(kou)壓力高,又(you)想得到輸送(song)(song)量大(da)(da)的(de)目的(de)。惟一的(de)途徑就是增加電(dian)機功(gong)率。
因此,在(zai)國家新(xin)標準中(zhong),引用了混凝土輸送(song)(song)泵的能(neng)力指(zhi)數概(gai)念(以MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位(wei));即混凝土輸送(song)(song)泵的實際(ji)出口壓(ya)力與(yu)每小(xiao)時實際(ji)輸送(song)(song)量(liang)之乘(cheng)積,該值(zhi)越(yue)大,其能(neng)力指(zhi)數也越(yue)大,電(dian)機的功(gong)率也將越(yue)大,由此實現大排(pai)量(liang)、高揚程(cheng)的目的。科尼樂公司在(zai)設計時,還采用了高低(di)壓(ya)切換的功(gong)能(neng)設計,以滿足不(bu)同的施工要求,在(zai)經濟狀態下,又能(neng)產生(sheng)較(jiao)大的輸送(song)(song)量(liang),或者以相(xiang)同的電(dian)機功(gong)率,產生(sheng)較(jiao)高的出口壓(ya)力。
