選擇多(duo)大(da)電(dian)機混(hun)凝土泵(beng),首先要(yao)考(kao)慮變壓器容量,其(qi)次考(kao)慮距離混(hun)凝土泵(beng)的遠近和線徑(jing)大(da)小,以免壓降過大(da)造成(cheng)電(dian)流增高或跳閘(zha)停機,過大(da)功率(lv)造成(cheng)成(cheng)本增加和使用(yong)不(bu)便。電(dian)機過小,同時也滿足不(bu)了工程(cheng)需要(yao)。

一(yi)臺(tai)混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的電機功率(lv)是決定出口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力和(he)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)方量(liang)的前(qian)提條(tiao)件(jian),在電機功率(lv)一(yi)定的情況下,壓(ya)(ya)力的升(sheng)高(gao)必將(jiang)使(shi)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)降低(di);相反(fan),降低(di)出口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力,將(jiang)會使(shi)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)增(zeng)加。

因此,在(zai)國家新標(biao)準(zhun)中,引用(yong)了混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)能力(li)指數(shu)概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)(liang)單位(wei));即混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)實際出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)與每小時(shi)實際輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang)之乘(cheng)積(ji),該值(zhi)越(yue)大(da),其(qi)能力(li)指數(shu)也(ye)越(yue)大(da),電(dian)機的(de)功(gong)率也(ye)將越(yue)大(da),由此實現大(da)排(pai)量(liang)(liang)、高(gao)揚程的(de)目(mu)的(de)。科(ke)尼樂公(gong)司在(zai)設計時(shi),還采用(yong)了高(gao)低壓(ya)切(qie)換(huan)的(de)功(gong)能設計,以(yi)滿足不同的(de)施(shi)工(gong)要求(qiu),在(zai)經濟狀態下,又(you)能產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)較大(da)的(de)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang),或者以(yi)相同的(de)電(dian)機功(gong)率,產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)較高(gao)的(de)出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)。
