一臺(tai)混凝土(tu)輸送(song)(song)泵的電(dian)(dian)機功率是決定出口(kou)壓力(li)和輸送(song)(song)方量(liang)(liang)的前提條件(jian),在電(dian)(dian)機功率一定的情(qing)況(kuang)下,壓力(li)的升高必(bi)將使輸送(song)(song)量(liang)(liang)降低;相反(fan),降低出口(kou)壓力(li),將會使輸送(song)(song)量(liang)(liang)增加(jia)。
為了(le)保證混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵既要(yao)有較大(da)輸(shu)送(song)量,又能有一定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)出口壓(ya)力(li)(li)和(he)與之(zhi)相匹配的(de)(de)(de)經濟功(gong)(gong)(gong)率,在混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)設計中,大(da)都采用了(le)恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率柱塞泵;即(ji)恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率值(zhi)選定(ding)后,當出口壓(ya)力(li)(li)升(sheng)高時,油泵輸(shu)出排量會自動降低(di),達到(dao)與功(gong)(gong)(gong)率設計相對應(ying)的(de)(de)(de)值(zhi);如果既要(yao)達到(dao)出口壓(ya)力(li)(li)高,又想得到(dao)輸(shu)送(song)量大(da)的(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)。惟一的(de)(de)(de)途徑就是(shi)增(zeng)加電機功(gong)(gong)(gong)率。
因(yin)此(ci),在(zai)國家新(xin)標準中,引用了(le)混凝(ning)土輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數概念(nian)(以MPa·m3/h為度量單位);即(ji)混凝(ning)土輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)實際出口(kou)壓力(li)與每小(xiao)時(shi)實際輸送(song)量之乘積(ji),該值越大(da),其能(neng)(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數也越大(da),電(dian)機的(de)(de)功率也將越大(da),由此(ci)實現大(da)排(pai)量、高(gao)(gao)揚程的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科尼(ni)樂公司(si)在(zai)設計(ji)(ji)時(shi),還采用了(le)高(gao)(gao)低壓切換的(de)(de)功能(neng)(neng)設計(ji)(ji),以滿(man)足不同(tong)的(de)(de)施(shi)工要求,在(zai)經濟狀態(tai)下,又能(neng)(neng)產(chan)(chan)生較大(da)的(de)(de)輸送(song)量,或者以相同(tong)的(de)(de)電(dian)機功率,產(chan)(chan)生較高(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)出口(kou)壓力(li)。
