選(xuan)擇多大(da)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)混凝土泵(beng),首先要(yao)(yao)考(kao)慮(lv)變壓器容量,其次(ci)考(kao)慮(lv)距離混凝土泵(beng)的遠近和線(xian)徑大(da)小,以免壓降(jiang)過大(da)造(zao)成電(dian)(dian)流增高或跳閘停機(ji),過大(da)功率造(zao)成成本增加和使用不(bu)便。電(dian)(dian)機(ji)過小,同時也(ye)滿(man)足不(bu)了工程需要(yao)(yao)。

一臺混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送泵的電機功率是決(jue)定出口壓力(li)和輸(shu)送方(fang)量的前提條件(jian),在(zai)電機功率一定的情況下,壓力(li)的升(sheng)高必將使輸(shu)送量降(jiang)低;相反(fan),降(jiang)低出口壓力(li),將會使輸(shu)送量增加。
為了(le)保證混凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)輸(shu)送泵(beng)(beng)既要有較大輸(shu)送量,又(you)能(neng)有一(yi)定(ding)(ding)的(de)出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)和與(yu)之相匹配的(de)經(jing)濟(ji)功(gong)率(lv),在混凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)輸(shu)送泵(beng)(beng)的(de)設(she)計(ji)中,大都采用了(le)恒(heng)功(gong)率(lv)柱塞泵(beng)(beng);即恒(heng)功(gong)率(lv)值選定(ding)(ding)后,當出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)升高(gao)時,油泵(beng)(beng)輸(shu)出(chu)排量會自動降低(di),達到與(yu)功(gong)率(lv)設(she)計(ji)相對應的(de)值;如果既要達到出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)高(gao),又(you)想(xiang)得到輸(shu)送量大的(de)目(mu)的(de)。惟一(yi)的(de)途徑就是增加電機功(gong)率(lv)。
因此(ci)(ci),在(zai)國(guo)家(jia)新(xin)標準中(zhong),引(yin)用了混凝(ning)(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)能力(li)(li)指數概念(以(yi)(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量單(dan)位);即混凝(ning)(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)實(shi)際出口壓(ya)力(li)(li)與(yu)每小時(shi)實(shi)際輸(shu)送(song)量之(zhi)乘積,該(gai)值越(yue)大(da),其能力(li)(li)指數也(ye)越(yue)大(da),電機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)功率也(ye)將越(yue)大(da),由此(ci)(ci)實(shi)現大(da)排量、高揚程的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。科(ke)尼(ni)樂公司在(zai)設計時(shi),還采用了高低壓(ya)切換的(de)(de)(de)功能設計,以(yi)(yi)滿足不同的(de)(de)(de)施工(gong)要求,在(zai)經(jing)濟(ji)狀態下,又(you)能產生(sheng)較大(da)的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)送(song)量,或者以(yi)(yi)相同的(de)(de)(de)電機(ji)功率,產生(sheng)較高的(de)(de)(de)出口壓(ya)力(li)(li)。
