一(yi)臺混凝土輸送(song)泵的電機功(gong)率(lv)(lv)是決定(ding)出口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力和(he)輸送(song)方(fang)量(liang)的前提條件,在電機功(gong)率(lv)(lv)一(yi)定(ding)的情況(kuang)下,壓(ya)(ya)力的升高必將使(shi)輸送(song)量(liang)降(jiang)低;相(xiang)反(fan),降(jiang)低出口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力,將會使(shi)輸送(song)量(liang)增加。
為(wei)了(le)保證(zheng)混(hun)凝土(tu)輸送泵既(ji)要有(you)較(jiao)大(da)(da)輸送量,又能有(you)一定的出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)和與之(zhi)相(xiang)匹(pi)配的經(jing)濟功(gong)率(lv),在(zai)混(hun)凝土(tu)輸送泵的設(she)計中(zhong),大(da)(da)都采(cai)用了(le)恒功(gong)率(lv)柱塞泵;即恒功(gong)率(lv)值選(xuan)定后(hou),當出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)升高時,油(you)泵輸出排量會自動降低,達到與功(gong)率(lv)設(she)計相(xiang)對(dui)應的值;如(ru)果既(ji)要達到出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)高,又想得到輸送量大(da)(da)的目的。惟一的途(tu)徑(jing)就是增加電機(ji)功(gong)率(lv)。
因此,在(zai)國家新標準中(zhong),引用了(le)混(hun)凝土(tu)輸送泵的(de)(de)能力指(zhi)數概念(nian)(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度(du)量(liang)單位(wei));即混(hun)凝土(tu)輸送泵的(de)(de)實際出口(kou)壓(ya)力與每小時實際輸送量(liang)之乘積,該值越大,其能力指(zhi)數也越大,電(dian)(dian)機(ji)的(de)(de)功(gong)率也將(jiang)越大,由此實現大排量(liang)、高(gao)揚程(cheng)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科尼樂(le)公司(si)在(zai)設(she)計(ji)時,還采(cai)用了(le)高(gao)低壓(ya)切換的(de)(de)功(gong)能設(she)計(ji),以(yi)滿足(zu)不同的(de)(de)施工要求,在(zai)經濟狀態下,又(you)能產(chan)生較(jiao)大的(de)(de)輸送量(liang),或者以(yi)相(xiang)同的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)功(gong)率,產(chan)生較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)(de)出口(kou)壓(ya)力。
