選(xuan)擇多大(da)電(dian)機(ji)混凝(ning)土(tu)泵,首(shou)先要考慮變壓(ya)器容量,其次考慮距(ju)離混凝(ning)土(tu)泵的遠(yuan)近(jin)和線(xian)徑大(da)小(xiao),以免壓(ya)降過大(da)造成(cheng)電(dian)流增(zeng)高(gao)或跳(tiao)閘停機(ji),過大(da)功率造成(cheng)成(cheng)本增(zeng)加和使用不(bu)便。電(dian)機(ji)過小(xiao),同時(shi)也滿(man)足(zu)不(bu)了工程(cheng)需要。
混凝土(tu)輸送(song)(song)泵功(gong)率、混凝土(tu)輸送(song)(song)泵出口壓(ya)力、混凝土(tu)輸送(song)(song)泵輸送(song)(song)量之間的關系。
一(yi)臺(tai)混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送泵的電(dian)機(ji)功率(lv)是決定出口壓力和輸(shu)送方量的前(qian)提條件,在(zai)電(dian)機(ji)功率(lv)一(yi)定的情(qing)況下,壓力的升高必將(jiang)使(shi)輸(shu)送量降低(di);相反(fan),降低(di)出口壓力,將(jiang)會使(shi)輸(shu)送量增加。

因此,在(zai)國家新標(biao)準中,引用了混凝土輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)(de)能(neng)力指(zhi)數概念(以MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位);即混凝土輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)際出(chu)口(kou)壓力與每小時(shi)實(shi)際輸送(song)量(liang)之乘積(ji),該值(zhi)越(yue)大(da)(da)(da),其能(neng)力指(zhi)數也(ye)越(yue)大(da)(da)(da),電機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)也(ye)將越(yue)大(da)(da)(da),由此實(shi)現大(da)(da)(da)排量(liang)、高揚程的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)。科(ke)尼樂(le)公司(si)在(zai)設(she)計時(shi),還(huan)采用了高低(di)壓切換(huan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)能(neng)設(she)計,以滿足不同的(de)(de)(de)(de)施工要求,在(zai)經(jing)濟狀態下,又能(neng)產生較大(da)(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)輸送(song)量(liang),或者以相同的(de)(de)(de)(de)電機(ji)功(gong)(gong)率(lv),產生較高的(de)(de)(de)(de)出(chu)口(kou)壓力。
