隨著現代工(gong)(gong)(gong)業的(de)興起,以混凝土為(wei)主(zhu)材料的(de)建設方(fang)式已經(jing)成為(wei)了(le)建筑業施工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)主(zhu)要構造之一(yi),在各種工(gong)(gong)(gong)程施工(gong)(gong)(gong)建設中(zhong)占據(ju)了(le)很(hen)大(da)的(de)比例,使(shi)得混凝土機(ji)(ji)械的(de)發展經(jing)久不(bu)衰,且有越演越烈(lie)的(de)形勢。拖(tuo)式混凝土泵(beng),簡(jian)稱拖(tuo)泵(beng),是各種混凝土機(ji)(ji)械中(zhong)的(de)一(yi)種,用于混凝土施工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)的(de)輸送和澆注工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。

選(xuan)擇(ze)多(duo)大電(dian)機混(hun)凝(ning)土泵(beng),首先(xian)要(yao)考慮(lv)變壓(ya)器容量,其(qi)次考慮(lv)距離混(hun)凝(ning)土泵(beng)的遠(yuan)近(jin)和(he)線徑大小(xiao),以免(mian)壓(ya)降過(guo)大造成電(dian)流增高(gao)或跳閘停機,過(guo)大功率造成成本增加和(he)使(shi)用不便。電(dian)機過(guo)小(xiao),同時也(ye)滿足不了工程需要(yao)。

一(yi)(yi)臺混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)電機(ji)功(gong)率是決定出(chu)口(kou)壓力和輸(shu)送(song)方量的(de)(de)前提(ti)條(tiao)件,在電機(ji)功(gong)率一(yi)(yi)定的(de)(de)情況下,壓力的(de)(de)升高必將使輸(shu)送(song)量降低(di);相反(fan),降低(di)出(chu)口(kou)壓力,將會(hui)使輸(shu)送(song)量增加。
為了保證混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)(beng)既要有較大輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang),又(you)能有一定的出(chu)口壓力(li)(li)和與(yu)(yu)之相(xiang)匹配的經濟功(gong)率(lv),在混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)(beng)的設計(ji)中,大都采用了恒功(gong)率(lv)柱(zhu)塞泵(beng)(beng);即(ji)恒功(gong)率(lv)值(zhi)選定后,當出(chu)口壓力(li)(li)升高時(shi),油泵(beng)(beng)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)排量(liang)(liang)會自動降(jiang)低,達(da)到與(yu)(yu)功(gong)率(lv)設計(ji)相(xiang)對應的值(zhi);如果(guo)既要達(da)到出(chu)口壓力(li)(li)高,又(you)想得(de)到輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang)大的目的。惟一的途徑就是增加電機功(gong)率(lv)。
因此(ci),在國(guo)家新標準(zhun)中,引用了(le)混凝土輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)能(neng)力(li)指數概(gai)念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為(wei)度量(liang)單(dan)位);即混凝土輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)實際出口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)與每小時(shi)實際輸送(song)量(liang)之(zhi)乘積,該(gai)值越大,其能(neng)力(li)指數也(ye)(ye)越大,電機的(de)(de)功率也(ye)(ye)將越大,由此(ci)實現大排量(liang)、高(gao)揚(yang)程(cheng)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科尼(ni)樂公司在設計(ji)時(shi),還采(cai)用了(le)高(gao)低壓(ya)(ya)切換的(de)(de)功能(neng)設計(ji),以(yi)滿足不同的(de)(de)施(shi)工(gong)要求,在經(jing)濟狀態(tai)下,又(you)能(neng)產生較(jiao)大的(de)(de)輸送(song)量(liang),或者以(yi)相同的(de)(de)電機功率,產生較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)(de)出口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)。
